The Director, Planning & Replenishment is responsible for working cross functionally with leadership at the Corporate, Market, and Region levels. They will lead and develop team(s) consisting of a manager and (10+) planners and analysts to meet or exceed goals on strategic Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

**REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:**
+ Supply Chain or Procurement expertise in the operational/field setting.
+ 7+ years management/professional experience required. (7+ years preferred)
+ Significant Supply Chain experience within a retail, wholesale or distribution environment preferred
+ 7+ years of demonstrated success in leading people or projects (or combination of both) required

Summary
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Distribution Engineer is responsible for conducting inspections and performing maintenance on the district energy steam and chilled water distribution system, while observing and complying with all safety requirements.
The primary objective is safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the distribution system.
Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Areas
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of the entire Energy Center Minneapolis distribution system.
• Conduct cathodic protection system inspections and perform necessary maintenance to assure system is operating properly.
• Provide technical advice and training to other personnel assigned to distribution system inspection and maintenance work; ensure that safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain distribution system maintenance records and spare parts inventory; make recommendations to plant management regarding parts to be ordered.
• Monitor distribution system maintenance and documentation to assure that tasks are being properly completed. Report problems and provide advice to plant management.
• Interface with contractors performing work on distribution system installation and maintenance work; in cooperation with I&C department, monitor installation of new customer meters.
• Perform utility locates
• Perform other duties as assigned by plant management (i.e., operator shift work, plant maintenance, facility cleaning, customer meter reading, etc.).
Requirements Experience and Education
• At least five (5) years' operations, maintenance, and/or distribution system experience.
• Must have a State of Minnesota First Class "A" Operating Engineer's License (or obtain within 2 years).
• Background in steam and chilled water operation, including, thermal expansion of piping, operation of traps, expansion joints, cathodic protection systems, PRV's, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
• Ability to advise and train other personnel assigned to distribution system inspection and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the hazards of energizing steam and chilled water lines.

- Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success as to budget, savings and/or profit margins in completed projects.
- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead and manage.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.

- Extensive travel and or temporary or permanent relocation to the project location will be required.
Compensation
$170,000.00-400,000.00 Yearly
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

Summary:
The Senior Credit Underwriter - Distribution Finance is responsible for analyzing and monitoring credit worthiness of assigned customers/accounts and recommending and/or approving credit within established guidelines. Activities include analyzing financial statements and completing ratio and trend analysis of statements to determine if a customer is eligible for financing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Underwrite high quality credit narratives in support of new and existing loans. Review and analyze various transactions including review and analysis of applications, financial statements, balance sheets, D&B reports, etc.
+ Spread business financial statements and tax returns using Moody's software to analyze multi-year trends and ratios from financial information.
+ Understand cash flow from operations, identifying recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow.
+ Research industry trends and risks.
+ Perform collateral analysis including accounts receivable, inventory, real estate and investments.
+ Run credit reports and gather/analyze KYC information.
+ Spread personal financial statements and tax returns for individual guarantors, develop borrower and guarantor global cash flow analysis.
+ Work with other areas to monitor delinquency, delinquency trends, and repossession activity.
+ Conduct annual financial statement follow-up to borrowers and track and monitor the receipt by the Bank of this information.
+ Prepare written recommendation as to whether the proposed loan should be approved as presented and provide alternate loan structure recommendations.
+ Present to loan committee for loan approvals and communicate decisions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
+ 3+ years wholesale/commercial credit underwriting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Masters degree
+ Prior credit approval authority.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze cash flow, leverage and gauge customer strength. Experience with deal sizes ranging from $2MM to $0MM preferred
+ Experience in lending to a wide variety of industries, loan types, and sizes of companies preferred
+ Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to make sound business judgments while protecting the interests of the bank
