Oversees and directs the operation of distribution, including staffing, work assignments of supply chain personnel, and managing established budgets. Ensures staff conducts proper receiving and unpacking of supplies, rotating of stock and checking for outdates materials and supplies as needed. Routinely supervises and reassigns distribution duties, as needed. Evaluates and fosters culture of confidence and cooperation across affiliate supervisors, managers, and directors through impeccable job performance, and professional grade communication. Demonstrates, leads by example and adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. Schedules and delegates highly-specialized tasks and/or articulates departmental responsibilities to visiting or new employees. May interact with vendors, special orders, and consignments when working with clinical leaders. Recognizes and emulates best practices by implementing standard workflows/processes, while developing plans of action to implement changes. May act as a backup to the supply chain manager for tactical oversight.

Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $24.00 - $33.00.

**The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows:** **$23/hr**
Performs warehouse tasks within the facility, primarily without the use of Material Handling Equipment (cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit down forklift, motorized pallet jack, etc.). Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments. Performs bin replenishment, moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts and loads outbound products in accordance with customer specifications. Ensures warehouse functions are completed safely, accurately, and on-time within company standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Receiving**
+ Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually using the pallet jack.
+ Accurately counts, verifies, and receives product using radio frequency (RF) equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology; documents variances.
**LUM Picking**
+ Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.
+ Removes empty cartons from pick module as needed.
**Sortation**
+ Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product.
+ Moves cartons and totes from conveyor belts and/or rollers and places on pallets and/or carts according to assigned batch.
**Loading**
+ Uses RF scanner to ensure that totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks for customer delivery.
+ Uses pallet jack to load pallets.
**General requirements for all functions**
+ Follows general sequencing and process procedures.
+ Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
+ Follows safety policies and procedures and corrects or communicates hazards to management.
+ Places incoming merchandise into inventory.
+ Conducts physical inventories as required.
+ Counts and performs basic math calculations.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

- Counts types and quantities of items during inventories, and maintains tally listings during the count. Recounts or searches other storage locations to assist in determining the basis for over, short, or misplaced items.
