Dollywood Entertainers sing, act, and/or dance in a scripted show under the directions of the show's director, musical director, or producer, in order to provide Park Guests with a world class entertainment experience.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Sings, acts and/or dances/moves in order to perform a role in a scripted show
- Sings with musical accompaniments or a cappella
- Sings in tune and adapts vocal performance to accommodate a variety of musical styles including country, pop, rock, musical theater, etc.
- Follows direction as set forth by the show's Director, Musical Director, Supervisor or Producer
- Memorizes songs and dialogue
- Learns and executes stage movement and choreography
- Changes musical styles as required by the show's Director or Producer
- Learns multiple roles within a single production
- Reads and follows a script and musical score
- Takes cues from a band leader or show lead
- Memorizes vocal scores, lyrics, and dialogue
- After initial rehearsal period, individual is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of roles throughout each production
Education and Experience Required
- Experience singing solo or in an ensemble
- Knowledge of and experience with choreography
- Knowledge of and experience with interpreting music and dialogue
- Professional experience in theme park, cruise ships, professional theater, etc. preferred
- Formal training in voice, dance, and/or acting preferred

- Effectively performs ticket sales processes to include (but not limited to):
- Selling tickets and completing reservations on a computerized ticketing system
- Selling and processing Season Passes
- Processes cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Issues complimentary and discounted tickets per Dollywood policies
- Processes refunds, exchanges, upgrades, downgrades, and other special requests per Dollywood policies
- Performs defined accounting procedures for ticket sales to include:
- Cash till opening and closing procedures
- Management of cash funds, deposits, and credit cards to ensure all revenue is collected and balanced daily
- Supports Group Sales fulfillment, adjustments, and ticketing
- Collects information to support Marketing Database and research programs
- Effectively performs ticket scanning process for park admission to include (but not limited to):
- Scanning of all tickets into the computerized system
- Verifies identity and validity of all Passholders
- Checks all Host and Dependent IDs at gate
- Upholds Dollywood policy on re-entry processes to include issuing re-entry tickets and/or handstamps
- Assists with the facilitation of lines and maintain a sense of urgency to reduce the Guest wait time
- Cleans and organizes work area daily to present a professional appearance
- Ensures map racks are fully stocked for the day with correct information
- Maintains a dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules
- Attends all required training classes, Guest Service seminars and/or meetings
- Completes required paperwork in a timely manner

- Be an active participant and a model example in safety issues relating to personal safety and the Analyze labor usage to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency utilizing the functions of Shift Planner, creating unit schedules that correlate labor hours and sales volume in proportion
- Ensure that daily cash checks are done; take corrective action for excessive over/shorts
- Ensure unit is organized and maintained in a sanitary manner by ensuring proper cleaning schedules are followed

Education and Experience Required
- At least one (1) year experience in Food Service
- At least 6 months of supervisory experience preferred
