Job Summary
The Designer understands design principles, has a strong point of view and develops a consistent approach to the work. The Designer's craft is fine-tuned at this level, while they bring concepts and designs to life with some oversight, and begin to learn to present their work to wider audiences.
+ Execute design solutions that reflect the client's goals and vision, with oversight from senior designers
+ Provide a communications and visual design point of view as an extension to
+ Participate in discussions to clarify purposes and objectives that bring brand strategy and creative ideas to life
+ Actively participate and contribute to ideation sessions representing the look and feel of possible communications and experiences
+ Build and maintain a working relationship with other design and agency departments and functions

+ Create visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of mediums and formats

Job Summary
The Creative Director produces great work by setting the creative vision for their clients, and leading the work from brief to delivery with minimal oversight. This means representing the agency's creative recommendations to clients, production partners and all those outside Droga5. Job Responsibilities
+ Take full ownership of a project; have a creative vision that is clearly communicated and executed
+ Oversee multiple pieces of business at once, effectively managing time and delegating work

+ Manage productions with minor check-ins and reviews from senior leaders
+ Build client relationships with a deep understanding of clients, their business needs, and our role in their success. Establish full client trust in their instincts and decisions

The Associate Creative Director, Copywriter is a proven creative. They are expected to consistently and independently come up with a volume of great ideas that are on brief, and also possess the self-editing skills to start shaping amazing campaigns for our clients. The Senior copywriter gets a chance to cut their teeth as managers-helping lead creative teams and presenting to clients.
When it comes to craft, the Associate Creative Director, Copywriter is not only fluent as a Copywriter they also have a solid amount of production experience under their belt. They have a strong opinion on how they want their vision executed and are confident leading production partners.
Job Responsibilities
+ Lead and own work, and formulate and develop disruptive ideas with minimal oversight or creative direction
+ Establish client relationships, owning presentations and working directly with clients on productions
+ Writes for all different forms of media, including manifestos, scripts, digital and content
+ Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure that all ideas are on brief
+ Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously
+ Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision
+ Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time
+ Demonstrate strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients
+ Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
+ Show maturity in dealing with the ups and downs of the business, and finds creative opportunities on even the most challenging of clients
+ Mentor and lead creative teams
Basic Qualifications
+ Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions

+ Multi-faceted in developing different types of creative media
+ Production experience and ability to handle different types of productions
+ Expert storytelling skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Collaborative and team oriented with proficiency working with members of all different departments, with minimal supervision

Specialist, Marketing Campaigns
**Overall Job Summary**
This position supports the Customer Marketing team with responsibilities that include overseeing targeted/personalized emails, SMS and Push Notifications, direct mail for Tractor Supply Customers from planning phases to execution. This position will partner with multiple departments including Merchandising, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, National Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Market Research and Creative to execute Marketing plans. This position will include program management within the Customer Marketing and Analytics groups to drive the yearly roadmaps.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
+ Manages campaign details both internally and externally with vendor partners to ensure flawless execution of email, SMS/Push, or direct mail campaigns.
+ Owns key CRM tasks, such as, campaign brief creation, creative updates, coupon and online promo code set-up, invoice processing, and store communications for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis.
+ Responsible for creating weekly reports that are communicated out to leadership and marketing teams
+ Manage timelines and task lists to ensure all project deadlines are being met.
+ Maintains campaign calendar across programs and ensure they are up-to-date to reflect real-time updates
+ Lead a series of weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors. Meeting topics can cover but are not limited to campaign development, creative planning or personalization initiatives.
+ Owns roadmap documentation for the Customer Marketing and Analytics teams and responsible for ensuring the roadmap tracking sheet is updated by various team members with necessary changes and milestones to hold the teams accountable
+ Track process changes for the Customer Marketing team and maintain training documents for the team
**Required Qualifications**
_Experience_ : 2+ years' retail marketing project management experience preferred. Email experience a plus but not required
_Education_ : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills.
+ Outstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlines
+ Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project Management tools
+ Takes initiative to drive a project from start to finish, is able to work with outside teams to gather necessary information to execute a campaign
