**Requirements**
+ Degree in marketing, project management, business, communications or a related field
+ 6-8 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation, industry marketing or go-to-market strategy (preferably to energy organizations including oil and gas, utilities, renewable energy, energy services or energy trading)
+ Proven experience managing global or multi-regional marketing campaigns
+ Experience in technology, consulting, professional services, digital transformation or enterprise software environments
+ Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, campaign measurement and pipeline generation

We're hiring an **Associate Manager, Marketing** **Campaigns** to support workforce-focused initiatives within the U.S. Department of Labor. This role will manage outreach and awareness activities designed to engage industry and workforce audiences in support of federal programs.
**The Work**
You will manage integrated communications and outreach activities from planning through execution and reporting. - Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance.
