  • Partner closely with the After-Sales team to manage repair and replacement workflows and drive timely, client-centric resolutions.

  • Support QA for new product and content launches, coordinating with eCommerce, CRC, and Digital teams to ensure accuracy across PDPs and site navigation.
  • Provide cross-functional coverage and updates during high-impact moments (e.g., peak sales periods), ensuring the Client Relations Center and Fulfillment teams are aligned on expectations and potential impacts.


  1. Technical Operations & Systems Oversight
  • Monitor key systems such as SAP, SFCC, and OMS for synchronization issues, bugs, and platform discrepancies.
  • Own the submission, tracking, and resolution of technical tickets in coordination with IT and platform support teams.
  • Partner with CRC and eCommerce teams to proactively identify and mitigate site and system issues before they impact the customer experience.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for new feature rollouts, ensuring stable and accurate site performance.
  • Document recurring issues and develop SOPs and escalation paths to reduce resolution times and business disruption.


QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver with strong systems, technical and communication abilities. This candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and displays a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Overview:

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy and management of the DTC and Amazon businesses, reporting to the Marketing Director and partnering with Marketing, Product and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities:

E-COMMERCE WEBSITE:

  • Own the end-to-end management of brand store fronts including campaigns, product catalogs, imagery, video, and copy uploaded to site.
  • Manage product listings, inventory visibility, pricing strategies, and site merchandising in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Plan and optimize the e-commerce marketing calendar based on holiday sales, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Identify website issues, and monitor data to drive improvements in the online shopping experience, working with website agency to optimize UX.
  • Forecast e-commerce business to include base and promotional volume and ensure e-commerce is included in company financial and production planning.
  • Function as key liaison between operations and customer service to ensure exceptional consumer experience during the purchase cycle.
  • Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, page speed, etc.) and recommend and implement optimizations.
  • Stay current on competitors and e-commerce best practices and trends in UX, mobile optimization, and merchandising.

AMAZON MANAGEMENT:
  • Ensure the Amazon product and media strategy supports the overall business sales and awareness targets.
  • Manage the Amazon agency to support business needs, product portfolio, and ensure best in class customer experience.
  • Maintain and optimize product mix and listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, A+ content, etc.).
  • Generate assets and collaborate with internal teams and Amazon agency to develop A+ content, infographics, and advertising content to drive conversion and product sales.

CRM & EMAIL:
  • Own the E-CRM planning calendar ongoing, creating segmented promotions, and consumer relevant marketing programs.
  • Partner with marketing team and external partners to create email content for execution.
  • Consistently monitor performance to adjust CRM programs and provide key stakeholders with analysis and business insights.

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing

Overview:

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day strategy and management of the DTC and Amazon businesses, reporting to the Marketing Director and partnering with Marketing, Product and Operations teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record for driving DTC revenue growth and will be responsible for optimizing DTC and Amazon businesses to build brand sales and awareness, with a focus on improving conversion rate to purchase. The E-commerce Manager will be part of the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention ensuring that our online customers have the best experience possible from first impression onward. This position can be hybrid, combining weekly remote and in-person days at our Hastings, NE office.

Key Responsibilities:

E-COMMERCE WEBSITE:

  • Own the end-to-end management of brand store fronts including campaigns, product catalogs, imagery, video, and copy uploaded to site.
  • Manage product listings, inventory visibility, pricing strategies, and site merchandising in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Plan and optimize the e-commerce marketing calendar based on holiday sales, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Identify website issues, and monitor data to drive improvements in the online shopping experience, working with website agency to optimize UX.
  • Forecast e-commerce business to include base and promotional volume and ensure e-commerce is included in company financial and production planning.
  • Function as key liaison between operations and customer service to ensure exceptional consumer experience during the purchase cycle.
  • Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, page speed, etc.) and recommend and implement optimizations.
  • Stay current on competitors and e-commerce best practices and trends in UX, mobile optimization, and merchandising.

AMAZON MANAGEMENT:
  • Ensure the Amazon product and media strategy supports the overall business sales and awareness targets.
  • Manage the Amazon agency to support business needs, product portfolio, and ensure best in class customer experience.
  • Maintain and optimize product mix and listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, A+ content, etc.).
  • Generate assets and collaborate with internal teams and Amazon agency to develop A+ content, infographics, and advertising content to drive conversion and product sales.

CRM & EMAIL:
  • Own the E-CRM planning calendar ongoing, creating segmented promotions, and consumer relevant marketing programs.
  • Partner with marketing team and external partners to create email content for execution.
  • Consistently monitor performance to adjust CRM programs and provide key stakeholders with analysis and business insights.

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing
  • A self-starter with the ability to problem solve and brainstorm in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and act with a strong sense of accountability.
