Role Overview

Were hiring a detail-driven E-Commerce Manager to focus on content integrity, QA, and merchandising execution across all digital surfaces. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep Shopify experience and an obsession with accuracy, brand consistency, and customer-facing excellence. Youll work closely with our Director of E-Commerce and current E-Commerce Manager to manage and evolve our Shopify storefront while owning the QA and documentation process across website, email, SMS, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandising and product setup across the Shopify storefront, including product pages, collection pages, and bundles
  • Build, update, and QA landing pages and site content in partnership with front-end developers
  • Own the quality control process for all customer-facing content across website, email, SMS, and digital assets
  • Maintain a log of all site updates and content changes for visibility and accountability
  • Act as final content approver on the e-commerce team for product copy, imagery, and layout
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and visual hierarchy
  • Support site evolution projects, including new sections, templates, and UI updates
  • Assist with seasonal homepage refreshes, promotional updates, and product launches

Requirements

  • Maintain a close working relationship and support with the Marketing Communications team to achieve objectives based on marketing initiatives.
  • Execute online marketing initiatives set by the Marketing Communications Manager for respective departments, majoring in but not limited to, Sales / Rooms / F&B / Events (VIP events / weddings / social events / general property awareness events).
  • Oversee and maintain the property brand website, special offer page, making sure contents are aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Work with corporate offices, create ad-hoc emails, guest communication emails and social media campaigns, creating cross-promotional opportunities with third party sites.
  • Maintain meeting sites and make sure the contents are updated.
  • Work with vendors to develop vanity site new pages and new website functions according to requirements.
  • Assist the Marcom Manager in researching for new online opportunities for respective departments.
  • Efficiently utilize Hilton online tools.
  • Work on proposals for respective departments and events including F&B / Events / VIP events.
  • Distribute promotions to all online channels including Website / EDM / Blogs / Forums, etc.
  • Create cross-promotional opportunities with third party sites or sister properties.
  • Manage online content including social media / blogs / censorship sites and maintain the hotel's reputation.
  • Review and improve on the effectiveness of the initiatives.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Watts Water Technologies is seeking anE-commerce Manager to support the ongoing improvement and operations of our Adobe Commerce/B2B & D2C stores.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong interest in supporting cross-functional teams to enhance digital commerce performance.

You will work closely with the Senior E-Commerce Channel Manager, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, assist in platform enhancements, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

This is a collaborative role focused on execution, analysis, and support.

What You'll Do

Daily Operations Support

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of B2B and D2C stores, including catalog updates, pricing, promotions, and performance monitoring.

  • Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date with complete descriptions, pricing, and images.

  • Perform configuration changes in test and production environments under guidance.

  • Monitor Google Search Console for issues and escalate findings to IT.

  • Track and report on site errors, crawl issues, and mobile usability concerns.

  • Support fraud monitoring and reporting processes.

Product & Project Support

  • Maintain and update the product backlog and feature roadmap in collaboration with senior team members.

  • Gather and document business requirements to support new features and enhancements.

  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional communication with internal teams and vendors.

  • Support IT and project teams during discovery, planning, testing, and launch phases.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script execution and defect tracking.

  • Help prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications required

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing an e-commerce store (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Optimizely, etc.)

  • Experience with SEO, managing crawl issues, or mobile usability problems using tools like Google Search Console

  • Familiarity with B2B and D2C e-commerce operations, ERP systems, SEO, and SEM best practices

  • Experience working on cross-functional projects involving IT, marketing, and business stakeholders to support e-commerce initiatives or platform enhancements

  • Experience with third-party integrations (ERP, CMS, CRM) in support of an e-commerce website

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.

  • Exposure to working with near/offshore partners is a bonus.

  • Ability to learn and understand Watts' business processes and systems.

Compensation:
Expected salary range: $85,000-$102,000/year , based on skills, experience, and location.
