  • Own and build high-performing campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, etc.)

E-Commerce Site Operations

  • Conduct product QA and ensure top-tier user experience
  • Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and UX improvements
  • Use tools like GA4, Klaviyo, and Shopify to extract insights and track KPIs
  • Partner with creative, customer service, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical or support issues related to e-commerce
  • Contribute to seasonal launches, brand campaigns, and special promotions
  • Provide actionable insights to support marketing and product planning

What Were Looking For :

  • 25 years in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably for a consumer brand
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong copywriting skills and eye for design
  • Passion for or familiarity with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu culture is a major plus

**Required Qualifications:**
