Description
Responsible for helping grow and maintain a certain category of business. This includes knowing the products, brands and sales metrics within your assigned business category. You will analyze e-commerce data including POS, shipments, and other key category/customer-specific metrics to develop a strategic plan to grow the business. In doing so, you will identify strategies and actionable steps to grow your business.
- Develop a winning growth strategy for your category of business based on data insights, understanding of the market, and competition, to name a few.
- Frequently present business insights to cross-functional teams from weekly POS data and other daily activities that represent what you are doing to grow your business. Identify what the competition is doing and communicate your plans to win in your category that represents millions of dollars in revenues.
- Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and take ownership in the day-to-day business administration on assigned accounts.
- Collaborate and strategize with the Advertising Manager on ways to advertise your key items and grow both organic and paid sales.
- Lead weekly meetings with product management that create a teamwork environment and alignment on strategies to grow the business.

- Create and maintain a dashboard of critical tactical activities that an Associate Ecommerce Strategist will work from to assist you in growing your business.
- Prepare internal pricing requests to balance Jasco's profitability with customer-specific margin requirements.

- Drive architecture in the team for approximately 60-80 SDEs
