Our Ventura Repair team is looking for candidates to perform depot level inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in support of a missile Command Launch Unit and training devices, and in-depth Circuit Card troubleshooting and repair with and without a Test Station at two locations in Los Angeles, CA.
**What You Will Do**
+ Assisting with troubleshooting and repairing various types of cable harnesses, electronic, and electro-optical assemblies.
+ Analyzing equipment failures to determine root cause and recommending corrective action.
+ Reading and working with schematics, engineering drawings, written, and oral work instructions.
+ Assisting with incorporating hardware and software modifications on tactical, training, and test and support equipment resulting from changes in engineering, design and obsolescence.
+ Assisting in the development of new test procedures and test equipment, while providing input effecting design changes to improve process efficiency or reduce cost.
+ Performing effectively in a positive team environment with Technical and Engineering personnel and as an individual contributor.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
+ Experience with electronics troubleshooting, testing and / or repair
+ Experience with schematics, blueprints or written and / or oral rework instructions
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience with electronic assembly, test tools, and/or materials
+ Proficient in the use of standard electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and DVM
+ Experience with root cause / corrective action and /or failure analysis
+ Current DoD clearance
+ Solder Certified and Cable / Harness Certified or be eligible to receive certification.

The hourly rate for this role is $35 to $69. The compensation range provided is a good faith estimate, representative of all experience levels. **The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Perform maintenance duties to troubleshoot and repair defective equipment in a timely manner
+ Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties and generate work notifications to address any issues detected
+ Complete work order cycle within SAP: create orders, perform work, confirm time, and enter equipment history
+ Work closely with all team members to ensure each task is completed in a safe and efficient manner
