Summary
The Equipment Repair Technician will work according to technical data, perform maintenance, repair and overhaul work on electronic aircraft components. Additionally, multiple product lines will be assigned for work.

The Heavy Equipment Repair Technician / Installer will perform in-house service and repair activities, assist with equipment demonstrations, preparations, diagnose and repair equipment failures on a variety of equipment, including mount tilt fronts, dump bodies, and tanks.
**Essential Functions of the Job:**
+ Performs customer road service activities to include servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
+ Performs service repair work as scheduled for the service shop. May assist in new installation work.
+ Reads job order, observes, and listens to truck in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.
+ Visually inspects hydraulic lines and components to detect leaks, damage, and wear and reads pressure gauges to detect abnormal oil pressure and to detect overheated oil. Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on truck.
+ Makes any necessary adjustments, lubricates parts, fabricates special lifting and/or towing attachments, repair hydraulic systems or other devices, replaces worn or damaged hydraulic components such as oil lines, fittings, cylinders, valves, gaskets and seals and repairs or installs new parts as necessary.
+ Observes operation machinery and equipment to verify repairs.
+ Installs electrical equipment on plow trucks and dump trucks including running wires, mounting brackets, switches, and control boxes following electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and other tools as necessary. As a Pharmacy Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key part of our Automation Production Support team. With a general knowledge of mechanics /computers, positive attitude, and a desire to solve problems; you will aid the Central Fill Pharmacy leadership team in running a consistent and efficient production shift.

$1000 Dollar New Hire Bonus!

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: General knowledge of electrical, mechanical and software
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Minimize equipment downtime to ensure the achievement of daily and weekly production expectations by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment.
• Troubleshoot frequently encountered occurrences during production to maintain consistent workflow in automation and packaging (examples include changing bags & ribbons in bagging machines, printer troubleshooting, changing labels in robots, etc.).
• Ensure that all spare parts usage and issues are logged appropriately and promptly within designated systems.
• Daily cleaning and removal of refuse from the facility.
• Load/Unload truck deliveries using power equipment.
• Assist in system audits to ensure accuracy of equipment
• Recognize, address, and escalate system issues to internal stakeholders and vendors when necessary.
• Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Giant Eagle Pharmacy meets a variety of customer needs, from filling prescriptions and administering immunizations to conducting free health screenings and providing patient education serving over 1.8 million patients and dispensing roughly 25 million prescriptions annually. Giant Eagle Pharmacy operates two Central Pharmacy Service Centers that support over 200 retail pharmacy locations. One located in Freedom, PA and the other in Columbus, OH. These are behind-the-scenes centers where Team Members perform a variety of duties including prescription data entry, interacting with physician offices and patient outreach. Giant Eagle Pharmacy’s Central Fill facility is also located in Freedom, PA. The Central Fill facility is a closed-door pharmacy operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
