Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and client preferences. Stay current on industry trends and locum tenens market developments to provide strategic insights and advice to both physicians and clients. This includes keeping abreast of changes in physician supply and demand, compensation trends, and healthcare regulations. Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies by tracking key performance metrics such as candidate pipeline size, placement ratios, and time-to-fill to optimize the recruiting process and meet placement targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and the successful onboarding of candidates, contributing to the overall success and growth of the division. The role is office-based, Monday through Friday. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, or visit other company offices.
