- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Partners with CHRO and the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

- Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions preferred.
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations, preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of New York State and City pay transparency laws. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals' competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation:
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00.
