Energy Management Analysts help ensure reliable energy supply for the Company's pipeline infrastructure. This role offers a diverse mix of responsibilities that span from detailed data analysis and operational support to strategic utility management and project oversight. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
+ Provide day-to-day support for energy management needs across operations.
+ Maintain close relationships with utility providers, acting as a key point-of-contact between ONEOK and third-party suppliers.
+ Serve as a liaison between technical project teams and utilities to ensure the supplied energy satisfies the project scope and schedule needs.
+ Conduct RFPs for utility supply and negotiate favorable agreement terms.
+ Execute electrical supply agreements in accordance with contract administration processes.
+ Identify opportunities to reduce cost or improve electrical performance across the company's operations, working alongside affected stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
+ Provide periodic deliverable review and support for other team members to encourage continuous development.
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field
**Work Experience**
+ 1 - 2 years related work experience Experience researching and preparing financial plans, analyses, forecasts, economic studies, and correspondence preferred
+ Experience reviewing and interpreting financial plans, forecast, studies, and analyses
+ Experience negotiating and executing contracts
+ Experience working with large data sets and consolidating information into clear, concise deliverables
+ Experience giving presentations to a broad range of audiences
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Knowledge of: regulated and de-regulated utility markets
+ Knowledge of: pipeline and/or hydrocarbon processing operations

**The role you'll contribute:**
As a member of the Facilities Management Team, the Energy Management Coordinator is able to assimilate a comprehensive Energy Management program which addresses building requirements, tenant comfort and economic efficiencies. Knowledge of complete operation and efficient function of HVAC, boiler and steam generation, chilled water systems, indoor air quality standards as well as electrical systems. Ability to design, install, program and maintain all equipment associated with the Andover, Teletrol and Titus ASIC, Johnson Controls, Metasys, and Automated Logic control systems.
Provides direct supervision to the HVAC and Boiler teams, and has authority over the hiring and firing process. Works daily with HVAC and Boiler Room on the operation and troubleshooting of equipment/systems as well as long term education plans. When necessary, carries out disciplinary action in coordination with HR. Interacts with management and other staff to evaluate needs and proceed to solution of problems affecting staff and/or equipment needs.
Produces through effective use of Energy Management principles efficiencies in equipment operation and trade response. Maintains all safety standards in regard to work activities. Communicates with director and team regarding progress of work and activities. Assists in maintaining team work schedule. Maintains understanding of JCAHO regulations and provides support in meeting the requirements.

National Grid is hiring a Energy Management Systems Transmission Product Manager. This is a hybrid role based which is open to our offices in Waltham, MA, or Syracuse and Brooklyn, NY.
Job Purpose
Energy Management Systems Transmission Product Manager is primarily responsible for leading the design, deployment, and management of software and hardware products specifically designed for managing power transmission grids within an Energy Management System (EMS), focusing on optimizing power flow and grid stability across transmission lines. Defining the vision and roadmap for transmission-focused EMS products, including impact any regulatory mandates such as FERC 881 or FERC 222.
National Grid is undertaking upgrade of the existing energy management system. This role is a critical role driving the upgrade and implementing new platform in collaboration with engineers and control center operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and align business and product vision and strategy.
- Define and communicate an effective vision for digitalized work execution, its value and benefit, throughout the organization and with our stakeholders to create a collaborative and informed end user experience.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product owners with indirect responsibility for additional cross-functional team members
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritization, and product delivery
- Define and measure business impact, and monitor performance of initiatives and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders
- Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results
- A degree directly related to or transferable to digital delivery and / or the energy system more broadly
- Comfortable in challenging the status quo and driving change at an enterprise level
- Demonstrable capability to manage a critical program / portfolio of digital products to transform business operations
- Strong communication skills with an ability to successfully navigate a complex organization and generate and maintain buy-in for ideas and plans.

- Having previous product development and implementation experience within a US energy utility would be hugely valuable

Position Overview
This role can be based remotely in Texas.
The Senior Director, Energy Project Management, NA will be responsible for delivering hyperscale innovative large scale data centers from 300 MW to 1 GW. The generation solutions can be behind-the-meter and collocated with utility services to support onsite data center development. This role will lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement power generation projects, ensuring the timely online delivery of data center capacity for hyperscale customers.
Essential Job Functions
Power Solutions Development:
Identify, evaluate, and manage the development of power generation solutions for our datacenters that meet or exceed a customer's acceptable power price and uptime.
Project Management:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of power generation projects, including planning, design, execution, and commissioning, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Ensure project deliverables meet corporate standards and customer expectations.
Responsible for achieving the energization dates required to construct and operate data center projects.
Sustainability Integration:
Integrate sustainability considerations into the planning, design, and implementation phases of power generation projects, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
Commercial Negotiations:
Negotiate power purchase agreements with strategic partners for power plant development, ensuring alignment with business objectives, energy markets analysis, and regulatory policy.
Risk Management:
Evaluate and mitigate risks across technical, commercial, regulatory, and permitting dimensions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Job Requirements
Education:

Deep experience in wholesale energy markets
Skills:
Strong understanding of power generation technologies and sustainability solutions.
