**Position Specific Description**
Join the nation's largest infrastructure developer as a Wind Technician at NextEra Energy. As a Wind Technician, you will be the critical front line to ensure the safe and optimal performance of all wind farm operations. **What You Bring**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 3 or more years' experience as a Wind Turbine Technician is highly desired. A technical college degree, certification(s), or apprenticeships in a field related to the work of a wind farm technician ie: electrical / mechanical systems is desirable. Various combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
+ Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment. Must meet body weight restrictions of 265 pounds or less as required by the safety regulations. Must pass a physical administered by a medical practitioner to ensure ability to safely perform the job functions and meet the physical demands of the position
+ Strong ability to prioritize and plan daily/weekly work with a high level of quality orientation, ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
