- Bachelors' degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus

Job Purpose
The Entertainment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the Alternative Programming department operates smoothly by providing administrative support to two department executives (SVP & VP). The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to two Drama Development executives within the Universal Television Studio organization, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community. This position is based in the Universal City, CA offices.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ General administrative duties including but not limited to: answering telephones, scheduling meetings, planning all travel arrangements for executives, and compiling expense reports
