**Aramark Healthcare+** is seeking an **Environmental Services Director** to join their team at **Baylor Scott & White Grapevine** in **Grapevine, Texas** . The EVS Direcror is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining client site as well as oversight of 56 employees.
**Job Responsibilities**
Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs
Leadership
Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers

Facilitate and support new business and retention activities
Develop programs (facilities, custodial, energy, grounds or maintenance) to meet client and customer demands and specifications
Financial Performance
Build revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory
Ensure the completion and maintenance of financial statements relative to the department
Oversight and responsibility to deliver client and company financial targets
Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom/manual reports
Understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
Productivity
Implement and maintain GM agenda for both labor and total quality management requirements
Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
Ensure consistent application of Aramark?s operating standards and processes (Operational Excellence) with particular focus on efficiencies in sustainability efforts to reduce energy consumption and labor productivity standards

- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using the companys CRM system and regularly report on pursuit status and pipeline forecasts
- Support contract negotiations, teaming agreements, and pricing strategy for key pursuits
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategic planning, service offerings, and competitive positioning
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handoff from pursuit to project delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior business development staff, marketing professionals, or regional contributors as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field;
- 10+ years of progressive business or client development experience, preferably in the A/E/C, environmental consulting industry;
- Proven track record of building client relationships and securing contracts with public agencies, private sector clients, or utility/infrastructure owners;
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle for professional services, including pre-positioning, capture planning, and proposal development;
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical services and translate them into client-focused solutions;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Experience with CRM platforms and business development reporting tools; and
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites (up to 50% travel), industry events, and company offices across the region or country.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring flexibility to work effectively from both a professional office and work site setting.

As a professional within our Environmental Services Practice, the candidate has the opportunity to lead or support a wide variety of environmental engineering projects including stormwater management, hydraulic analyses, solid waste, remediation, sustainable solutions, design of environmental systems such as containment liners and water quality/treatment systems, and site development for buildings/facilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related engineering program from an accredited university.

Our Team
Youll partner and collaborate with a results-driven EHS team within our manufacturing operations group. We partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, and frontline employees to deliver impactful safety solutions and promote continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Champion a zero-incident safety culture through proactive risk assessments and engagement
- Lead EHS training programs and provide hands-on support across production areas
- Drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards through audits, inspections, and corrective actions
- Support incident investigations and help implement sustainable corrective measures
- Collaborate on environmental initiatives, including waste management and air/water quality programs
- Track and analyze EHS metrics to identify trends and influence strategy
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- 4+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate effectively at all levels
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar)
- Experience with behavior-based safety programs
- Hands-on experience with EHS software platforms and data analysis
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with frontline teams
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
