Job Details

Reporting to the Epic Program leadership, the Implementation Lead is responsible for managing the deployment of either clinical or financial system modules across hospital sites. This role focuses on coordinating all phases of new system rollouts, ensuring alignment with both enterprise-wide strategies and site-specific requirements. The Implementation Lead works closely with hospital executives and department heads to integrate initiatives and ensure consistency across implementations. Once a site goes live, the role is accountable for a structured transition to the post-go-live support team, facilitating continuity in system maintenance and performance. The Implementation Lead also manages a team of system analysts who support application areas within their domain focus, whether clinical or revenue cycle.

Qualifications
  • At least six years of relevant professional experience required
  • A minimum of five years working with electronic health record systems, specifically Epic
  • Prior leadership experience in an Epic system rollout is essential
  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or a related area is preferred
  • At least four years of experience with enterprise-level healthcare IT systems is preferred
  • Epic certifications (Revenue Cycle certifications, Ambulatory certifications, or Clinical certifications)
  • Project management experience, ideally four years or more, is preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital workflows and healthcare operations is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities

Our client is seeking a Senior Manger, Epic Implementation Specialist in Coral Gables, FL.

Job Description
• These leaders will oversee and coordinate managers and IT teams responsible for Epic clinical applications across inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary services.
• They will drive execution across all phases of the implementation and collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and care delivery.

Skills & Requirements
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Epic Ancillary and Procedural modules
• Must possess deep understanding of perioperative workflows, anesthesia documentation, cardiology systems, radiology imaging, and lab operations
• Must have strong experience collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, radiologists, and lab directors
• Ability to manage complex integrations and ensure clinical alignment across departments
• Must be confident, independent, and capable of leading multidisciplinary teams
• Epic certifications in OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, Beaker, and Cupid (preferred)

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Epic Implementation Specialist in Coral Gables, FL.

Job Description

• Must be self-directed and capable of managing complex outpatient environments
• Epic certifications in Ambulatory and Beacon (Oncology) (preferred)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Epic decision tree implementation for a prestigious nationally ranked healthcare client. Role Summary: As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the leader at the forefront of this program, working closely with hospital staff, vendors, and senior management, to ensure project execution. You will be responsible for building an Agile framework to manage the various teams' day-to-day tasks and reporting. We are looking for a strategic and creative thinker who can lead and coach all teams involved while driving the implementation process to be as efficient as possible. Key Responsibilities: Lead Epic decision tree implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure seamless implementation of in scope solutions. Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data and present findings in a compelling manner. Required: Proven experience in managing EPIC decision tree implementations with a strong portfolio of successful healthcare implementation projects. Demonstrated experience in managing complex, matrixed project teams in a healthcare setting. Solid understanding of healthcare processes, governance, and the ability to operationalize projects strategically. Proven knowledge and understanding of waterfall and agile scrum project methodologies. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly desirable. SUMMARY
The System Clinical Informaticist will be a part of our EpicGold Implementation Project and be responsible for planning, supporting, and implementing operational readiness activities for Epic EHR implementation within the Acute clinical space, and related clinical technologies. This role collaborates closely with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure operational readiness for EHR and technology solutions aligned with best practices, organizational goals, and regulatory standards. Serving as a key consultant, the System Clinical Informaticist provides expert recommendations to leadership at both the facility and system levels, driving the successful implementation of Epic EHR functionalities and related technology applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Consultation and Stakeholder Support** : Serve as a key consultant and liaison to Acute clinical, operational, and IT teams, offering expertise on EHR system use and technology solutions. Work with facility and system leadership to identify needs and recommend technology solutions that support clinical care, operational efficiency, and compliance.
+ **Collaboration with Project Teams** : Work closely with project management teams to support the successful delivery of system-wide clinical informatics initiatives. Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of system upgrades, new functionalities, and integrations. Ensure project deliverables are met within timelines and align with clinical and operational requirements.
+ **Workflow Analysis and Process Improvement** : Analyze current Acute clinical workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement through the use of informatics tools. Lead or support initiatives to redesign workflows, ensuring that new processes align with clinical needs and improve patient care delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement workflow changes that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve patient safety.
+ **EHR Implementation** : Collaborates in the implementation of Epic EHR Acute clinical system functionality to align with CommonSpirit Health's goals, evidence-based practices, and effective patient care. Provides support to project and design teams, ensuring that region and system user input is integrated into the design and development of the designated EHR system standard.
+ **Metrics Reporting and Continuous Improvement** : Provides guidance and support in the collection and reporting of metrics that define benefits realization, operational efficiencies, and return on investment related to EHR systems. Recommends adjustments to the informatics solutions as necessary to enhance performance and outcomes.
+ **Emerging Technologies** : Evaluate emerging technologies such as third-party applications, artificial intelligence (AI), and other digital health tools within clinical systems. Collaborating with IT, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing EHR platforms, redesigning workflows to leverage new technologies for improved patient care and operational efficiency, and providing training and support to clinicians.

**Qualifications**
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Minimum four (4) years of experience in an acute care clinical setting
+ Minimum three (3) years of Informatics experience
+ Clinical Licensure required (Eg. Nursing, RT, PT, Pharmacist etc.)
+ Epic certification required within 1 year of hire.
+ Experience in Clinical and or HealthCare Business Applications
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Skilled facilitator of virtual meetings
