A day in the Life:
+ Follow quality standards in accordance with company policy, cGMP and FDA requirements.
+ Assist in the installation and maintenance of utilities systems and equipment components for electrical power distribution, instrumentation and controls, electrical machinery, responsible for knowledge of codes and standards.

**Keys to Success:**
**Education**

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Pay: $32-$6/hour**
Shift: Night shift 7p-7a but will train on 1st Mon-Fri for 6 months, then train on 12 hour days for 6 months.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production equipment in the manufacturing departments.
+ Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and manufacturing engineering to solve problems.
+ Engage directly and remotely with equipment suppliers to resolve issues.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical troubleshooting including ability to work with PLC's, hydraulics, robotics, pneumatics.
+ Ability to plug and play with a laptop
+ Working and safety knowledge of electrical systems rated 460 volts 3 phase thru 110 volts single phase.
+ Control electrical circuits 120 volts thru 12 volts. Working knowledge of electrostatic paint processes and overhead cranes.
+ Other machines include robotic welders, CNC machines, and large metal moving equipment.
+ Additionally they have automatic paint machines and conveyors.

**Key Accountabilities**
**A Typical Work Day May Include:**
- Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility, with limited direction
- Leverage knowledge and ability to operate 1 or 2 standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools and preventative maintenance technology tools
- Demonstrate experience in 1 or 2 maintenance trades and components (ex. electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems)
- Modify with some direction or instruction in either electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals
- Document completed work and the conditions found utilizing maintenance computer software and interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations
- Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts following standard production documentation to deliver to the correct location
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**What You Will Need:**
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice

**What Will Put You Ahead:**
- Experience performing maintenance trades such as rigging systems, bearings, and lubrication
- Experience with safe work practices, such as Pre-Job Hazard Analysis (PJHA), confined spaces, job task permitting, etc
- Trade school certification or degree in a maintenance related field, or relevant military experience
- Experience with precision maintenance, such as laser alignment and/or dial indication
