**Pay Range: Starting** $22.00/hr.
**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6am - 6pm (schedule varies) & every other Saturday 7am - 5pm
Performs complex preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoots and repairs a wide variety of equipment (Trucks and Yellow Iron).
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Repairs as needed equipment (including, but not limited to, bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, front end loaders, yard trucks, farm tractors, forklifts, and company cars).
+ Diagnoses and repairs differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems.
+ Performs tasks per preventative maintenance checklist.
+ Completes records such as work orders, card files, P.M. checklists, and oil samples.
+ Services and maintains other equipment such as light plants, water pump, welders, and other equipment.
+ Reference site-specific procedures and more detailed site-specific job descriptions.
+ Performing other duties as assigned.

The Finishing Operator, Brazing safely setups and operates brazing equipment to Molex's quality and performance standards while maintaining high levels of workplace organization as it applies to this position.

What You Will Do
- Setup brazing machines with proper tooling and load feeder bowls with assigned parts
- Perform complex setups on paste modules and feed tracks
- Troubleshoot simple to moderate common machine/sensor problems
- Assist brazing operators with work flow, material needs, and machine operations
- Perform minor machine maintenance on paste modules, feed tracks, and other associated equipment
- Assist in daily and monthly preventative maintenance duties designated to operators
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Operate multiple machines at a time while maintaining the quality of the parts using inspection criteria
- Setup vision/camera for the equipment using part image.
- Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and GLSS programs by following all approved practices and procedures, performing clean-up activities, and identify and recommend improvements to Management.

The Machine Operator provides support to the Collation job family by operating equipment effectively and producing a quality product with minimal downtime. Collation family equipment includes collators, folders, imprinters, and cutters. Follows established procedures with guidance from the Senior Process technician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates Collation equipment in a team environment, at maximum efficiency level following process specifications.
- May independently operate cutting, imprinting or folding machines at maximum efficiency level following process specifications.
- Minimizes machine downtime by troubleshooting and adjusting various mechanical and software components of the collator using technical manuals, hand tools and training. Gains knowledge of the process and elevates non-routine system issues to the Senior Process Technician.
- Provides verbal and written communication to Senior Process Technician with regard to equipment, processes, maintenance, staff or other operational issues with the cell that may impact delivery of the finished envelopes.
- Demonstrates behavior that sets the example within the cell in regard to quality, continuous process improvement, safety, and housekeeping. Encourages collaboration within the group that creates ownership and pride in the delivery of error free first pass quality and minimal re-work/waste.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on assigned machinery.
- Performs data entry tasks required in various work centers
- Participates in training in conjunction with the VMC “Progression” program to improve knowledge and skill related to the Process Technician position. Follows a planned program of continuous learning to complete all mandatory skill blocks. Maintains current skills required for the position and may pursue additional learning through optional and/or limited skill blocks.
- May provide back-up support for the Senior Process Technician in his/her absence.
- Accomplishes duties using safe work practices and equipment while being responsible for reporting all injuries or observed unsafe practices. Coaches fellow employees on safe work practices as appropriate and contributes to the overall success of the company’s safety program.
- Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Run parts ensuring they meet part print specification by using a variety of metrology equipment such as roundness checker, surface analyzer, air gauge, and indicating probe
