This position will work with experienced electric powertrain technical leads to understand customer, business, and regulation requirements and have accountability for developing ePowertrain solutions for construction and mining equipment to meet emissions reduction goals. Ability to apply principles of electrical theory to electric powertrain design. Experience with HV (> 50V) component and system design and/or validation. Strong collaboration and communication skills to efficiently work with process partners and internal customers. Experience with design and simulation tools/software; Creo mechanical/electrical, matlab, pspice, etap. Aware of electrical safety standards; ISO 60204/14990, NFPA 70E, Arc Flash.
