Our client is looking for a Integrations Specialistr to join their team remotely. This resource will act as the primary contributor and owner of all integration development initiatives with external partners to connect our clients enterprise systems using Babelway, their communications middleware, and other communications engines. This position will own the end-to-end development and deployment of new data integrations and changes to existing data integrations including but not limited to requirements and use case development, documentation with clients and customers, project scoping, developing and documenting test cases, automating test cases, interface and system design, connectivity development, data transformation, and delivery of data.

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to combine the Standard Space Trainer (SST) and the Space Wargaming Analysis, Readiness, and Mission-planner (SWARM) to provide an enhanced USSF exercise capability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates and/or participates in calls with internal customers, external customers, vendors and third party IT support staff.
• Conducts testing of generated and/or third party delivered data files including data analysis, system(s) configurations, etc. Testing may include multiple iterations as Systems Implementations Analyst works through various solutions to determine appropriate solution(s).
• Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver information and solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of ETL experience collecting, processing and analyzing data feeds including error analysis and resolution involving internal and/or external customers
• Strong analytical background requiring detailed data analysis
• Experience with relational database structures and systems.
• Strong SQL background including the ability to read and write complex queries.
• Knowledge and/or experience with JavaScript, Perl or another commonly known programming language is beneficial.
• Understand and possess the ability to apply project life-cycle methodology

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to independently manage time and prioritize workload

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong questioning and listening , ability to look beyond obvious answers and understand the impact on other areas
• Ability to report on project requirements/objectives as appropriate to Project Manager and Leadership Team
