Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an ERP Systems Manager for one of our large manufacturing clients. This resource will contribute to developing a variety of solutions to meet the company's business requirements, with a focus on supporting and developing various business applications (InforXA, SyteLine 9, Add-on ERP Applications, Time & Attendance, Shop Floor Applications-Scanning, etc.), as well as proprietary ERP event code. Serve as the primary business contact for all financial business applications, handling analysis, configuration, and development. Prioritize requests, projects, and customer needs with minimal oversight from upper management. Act as the primary liaison between the business and the IT team across multiple company locations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Application Support & System Administration
 - Provide application support for InforXA, Syteline 9, Shop Floor Data Collection, Business Analytics, and other critical applications as needed.
 - Support, develop, and maintain InforXA and Syteline 9 administration functions, including monitoring batch jobs, advanced queries, quick reports, form changes and updates and customizations.
 - Provide first- and second-level IT support for troubleshooting, incident resolution, and project requests.
 - Manage partner relationship for InforXA changes to objects, including views, package builds, and event-based development.
 - Ensure compliance with annual SOX reporting requirements, including maintaining logs for system errors and data modifications.
2. Business Analysis & Development
 - Develop and support new reports while working with staff to produce detailed specifications.
 - Consult with users regarding specific projects and gather user requirements.
 - Address management and customer concerns related to system usability, lack of adequate information, and inefficiently presented data.
 - Review job specifications and discuss program purpose, data inputs, and output requirements with support partner and users.
 - Prepare specifications, documentation, and flowcharts, ensuring adherence to department standards.
3. Data Security, Strategy, & ERP Management
 - Safeguard company data by ensuring robust backup systems and effective data security measures.
 - Act as a liaison between business units and IT, capturing business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
 - Lead ERP migrations and consolidations across business units.

**What you will be doing:**
The ERP Business Systems Analyst is the functional subject matter expert to the HR and Payroll departments. Will be responsible for maintenance and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Cloud HCM application for Cedars-Sinai. This position will serve as the liaison for the functional department throughout the development and implementation phases.
+ Support for Oracle Cloud HCM, with a particular focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation & Payroll modules.
+ Independently or with Change Management coordinates communications and collaborates with the business owner's department stakeholders to establish project timelines and implementation milestones to achieve maximum utilization of systems. Demonstrates ability to follow up to implement, coordinate and complete these responsibilities accurately within the specified time frame.
+ Responsible for application functional configuration and maintaining lifecycle support ERP applications and associated third-party systems.
+ Based on core knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate requirements/concepts into functionality via the creation / maintenance of appliable functional designs
+ Assigned to various work/projects and demonstrates an ability to successfully complete assigned tasks/assignments, proactively communicate with manager/director to prioritize workflow and mitigate risks, track issues, provide solution-oriented escalation, and understand project management methodologies.
+ Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements
+ Follows procedures for application change control using Service Center for design, configuration, development, testing, and migration of various integration points, reports, user apps security, and process flows for ERP applications and associated systems in cloud or on-premise.

**Qualifications**
**Experience Requirements:**
Three (3) plus years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Functional ERP experience. Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system.
Experience with gathering data requirements and documentation of these requirements.
Post go-live support and maintenance of applications in ERP Eco-System.

**Position Specific Description**
This position assesses, designs, develops, integrates and troubleshoots technology to support business processes. Employees provide technical or functional guidance to project or work teams, as needed within specific or multiple disciplines.
