Education & Certifications:

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, reporting, workflows, and module administration.
- Advanced Excel skills pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) for connecting ERP with third?party applications.
- Familiarity with data migration tools, report builders, and automation scripts related to ERP.

Job Summary
The ERP Systems Manager is responsible for leading the successful County-wide implementation of a modern, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and continuing as the long-term system owner after deployment. This role will manage all phases of implementation, from vendor coordination and project planning to data migration, training, and go-live. Once live, the Manager will assume full responsibility for the ongoing administration, optimization, and strategic advancement of the ERP platform to ensure continuous support for County operations across Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Budgeting, Procurement, Timekeeping, and other functions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. 50% ERP Implementation and Ongoing Management
- Lead and coordinate all phases of ERP implementation to ensure delivery of pre-defined functional requirements.

- Serve as the primary liaison to the ERP vendor during implementation and afterward, managing system upgrades, patches, and support.

- Act as the system champion, driving system adoption and continued alignment with County goals.
15% Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with departments to address gaps, reduce manual workarounds, and implement automated or streamlined workflows.
- Track and report on ERP-related KPIs, including support ticket resolution, system uptime, and training effectiveness.

- Identify and mitigate implementation and operational risks.
- Ensure ERP practices align with cybersecurity standards, data integrity requirements, internal audit findings, and public sector compliance expectations.

- Provide support on County-wide administrative, analytical, or strategic initiatives as directed by the County Administrator. Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:

+ 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience. Knowledge of procurement principles and as it pertains to IT is a must.
+ Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement related to core Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, and how Oracle interacts with Inventory/SCM and Payables.
+ Ability to have discussions with business leaders and IT team-members to translate business requirements to IT needs. This includes leading functional spec meetings, Conference Room Pilots, configuration documents, and leading testing.

Position Overview
EO Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Systems Lead with deep expertise in Unanet ERP and Unanet’s AIM (formerly Flowtrac) to lead our enterprise software ecosystem. This strategic and technical role is responsible for owning the ERP platform, driving system integration, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing standardized operating procedures to maximize efficiency and scalability across the organization.
You will be the go-to subject matter expert (SME) on Unanet systems and play a vital role in enhancing business operations, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the ERP platform is aligned with our evolving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Leadership & Ownership
· Serve as the Lead, Controller, and Subject Matter Exper of Unanet ERP and Unanet AIM. Including but not limited to Help Desk support, continuous improvement initiatives.
· Works with Executive stakeholders to ensure compliance, processes, and efficiencies
· Provide strategic leadership for all ERP-related initiatives, integrations, and lifecycle management.
· Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP system requirements and solutions.
· Inventory Management support in AIM, Government Property, Asset Tracking
System Integration & Optimization
· Lead end-to-end ERP/AIM integration efforts with other internal systems (e.g., finance, supply chain, timekeeping, CRM).
· Identify and resolve gaps in system architecture, ensuring clean data flow and functional interoperability.
· Manage system configurations, data mapping, and reporting tools to improve decision-making and process transparency.
· Support system analytics
Process Improvement & Standardization
· Identify opportunities for process optimization across departments using ERP capabilities.
· Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, and workflows within Unanet ERP and AIM.
· Implement automation and standardization to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
· Monitor system performance and implement regular upgrades, patches, and process enhancements.
· Facilitate training, onboarding, and support for users across departments.
· Act as a change agent, fostering ERP adoption and ensuring a smooth transition during system updates or process changes.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unanet ERP, AIM (Flow Trac), including system administration, configuration, and integration.
· Experience with Unanet and AIM for inventory, asset, or supply chain management.
· Demonstrated experience in developing SOPs, process improvements, and system training documentation.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
· Proficient in troubleshooting, process mapping, data analysis, and system documentation.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
· Experience in government contracting, professional services, or tech-enabled operations.
· Familiarity with other platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Deltek, or related ERPs.
· Understanding of data governance, compliance, and internal controls in enterprise systems.
· Experience with procurement, supply chain, operations, and/or ERP roll out

We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst/ IT Manager with deep expertise in MAPICS/XA (Series 1) to join a manufacturing client that is in the midst of a major IT evolution. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the charge in modernizing legacy systems while continuing to support and enhance those currently in place.
This position is both strategic and tactical -ideal for someone who can balance long-term modernization goals with hands-on support and enhancements of critical ERP processes. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally across production, supply chain, inventory, and finance, acting as a key bridge between business processes and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance the MAPICS/XA Series 1 ERP system, including modules for Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Production Planning.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and finance teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and develop ERP solutions that optimize efficiency and data accuracy.
- Lead configuration changes, customizations, and interface development within MAPICS/XA to meet evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Create reports, queries, and data extracts using tools like SQL, Query/400, or IBM i (AS/400) utilities.
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and documentation efforts.
- Train end users on new functionalities and support daily ERP operations.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and adherence to internal IT policies and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting MAPICS/XA (Series 1) in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they map to ERP functions (MRP, BOM, routing, scheduling, etc.).
- Experience with IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform.
- Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Query/400, RPG, or CL is beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in discrete manufacturing industries (injection molding, assembly, sheet metal, etc.).
- Experience integrating MAPICS/XA with systems such as MES or CRM.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma practices.
- Knowledge of NIST, DFARS, or FAR compliance is a plus.
This is a leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of critical ERP systems while helping shape the future direction of IT within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
