We seek an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP Payroll/timekeeping/absence management Pay. This role will be instrumental in transforming our fragmented systems environment into an integrated Oracle Cloud solution. Description

The Senior Manager of Application Development will play a key leadership role within the Corporate Finance Systems team, driving strategic finance technology initiatives that support finance transformation, modernization, and long-term scalability. This includes leading key workstreams as part of the broader finance transformation program.

You will bring proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday), a strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, and the ability to design scalable business processes and long-term technology roadmaps in close partnership with finance leadership.

In addition to delivery oversight, you will help drive business enablement — working closely with finance stakeholders to ensure solution adoption, process alignment, and user readiness. The ideal candidate brings a blend of delivery execution, solution architecture, and the ability to influence long-term technology and data strategies, including enterprise integration modernization and analytics adoption.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and operational follow-through.
