What You Will Do:
- Engineering and operations for business-critical data platforms
- Developing, implementing and integrating software and automation to support data governance and compliance policies, as defined by legal/privacy teams, including DSAR automation, record retention, access control and quality monitoring and observability.
- Responsible for ownership of the Disney Experiences data catalog
- Engineering and sustainment of data consumption, analytics, visualization and BI tools
- Operations and support of data pipelines and products, including incident, problem and change management and oversight of a large managed services team
- Visionary thinking and industry expertise to continually evolve the DX data platform, governance and consumption strategy
What You Need:
- 12+ years related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science implementations
- Experience across Data Warehouse platforms such as Snowflake and BigQuery, with expert level knowledge in the Snowflake Platform

Essential Job Duties- Strategy & Leadership:
