The Role: Join Sustainable Talent, working as an Executive Recruitment Coordinator. This role will support an automotive company, you'll deliver white-glove experiences to executive-level candidates, hiring executives, and HR leadership throughout the executive recruiting process. As a member of the Executive Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play an integral role in building trusted partnerships across the organization and serving as a strong brand representative of.
This role is a critical, centralized resource for recruiters, in serving as a resource for their candidates and clients. On a daily basis, you will interface with senior executive leaders, manage complex schedules and travel arrangements, orchestrate shifting priorities, develop collateral and decks for weekly status meetings and act as the trusted point of contact against the requirements your assigned to.
This role requires extremely strong organizational & communication skills, focused attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary liaison between executive recruiters, senior leaders, and candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process, including scheduling meetings, interviews, travel, and debriefs.
- Prepare and maintain search materials, reports, and accurate data within recruiting systems.
- Manage requisition setup, offer documentation, and candidate recognition efforts.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding.
- Support event planning, referral tracking, and recruiting communications.
- Anticipate needs, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in Executive Search Coordinator, Executive Search Administrative support or Executive Project Coordinator
- Project Coordinator to adapt at working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Problem solver with the ability to swiftly address challenges in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior leaders and executives
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies
- A passion for learning and growth within talent acquisition
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities
