The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. **What does a successful Business Operations Analyst do at Fiserv?**
The Business Operations Analyst is an integral member of our Implementation Quality team. This role serves as an extension of the leadership team and is highly visible across all Fiserv teams. You will have ownership of an important internal business process for the team, which includes coordination of intake and scheduling of new and existing client projects. + Execute on Change Management through the PS Organization.
+ Maintain an ongoing interface with external and internal stakeholders in areas such as decision analysis, planning and execution, and technical needs.

9. Make on the spot analysis of sample products, determine if there are blood clots in the meat, review meat for any membranes or foreign objects that would be harmful to consumers.
10. Conduct visual checks and adhere to product specification requirements throughout the manufacturing process to maintain the desired product quality results.
11. Maintain adequate knowledge of the product and the equipment to ensure safe operating procedures are followed.
12. Suggest changes in workflow process and use of equipment to increase efficiencies of the department and/or production, to maintain the lowest level of downtime and product cost possible, with the goal to create and implement new protocols, which can improve efficiencies or eliminate risks that can affect the Food Safety and Quality in our products.

+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Vehicle: Valid Driver's license for at least one year and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
