Preferred Role Qualifications Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition, management consulting or other industry requiring applied sales and research skills strongly preferred. Experience targeting potential candidates, developing pitch materials and conducting market research. Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams. Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels. Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM. Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Pay Range Guidelines for this Position: The salary range for this position is 8000 USD to 105000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. Apex Systems has an opening availabl for a Talent Acquisiton Coordinator with one of our banking clients out of Virginia! If you are interested in learning more, apply TODAY!
Location: Winchester, VA or Vienna, VA
Duration: 6+ month contract with the potential to extend/convert full-time
Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the hiring process by create job postings that are accurate, engaging, and compliant with HR EEOC standards and AAP regulations, sort resumes, maintain applicant tracking system, and prepare reports in a high volume/production environment
- Schedule initial phone screenings, coordinate on-site interviews and travel arrangements for candidates, verify employment, education, references, and credit eligibility
- Maintain hardcopy and/or computer-based files and records
- Collect, prepare, and maintain data for analysis, reports, and reference
- Complete data entry in automated systems; may generate reports
- Review new hire paperwork and work with candidates to resolve discrepancies
- Research and evaluate operational issues, inquiries, and/or complaints, identify areas of improvement; determine solutions; implement enhancements/changes to improve operations, standards, and results
- Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience as Administrator/Coordinator within Human Resources, related field, or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- Desired experience with Fieldglass System
- Desired experience with HireRight
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, creation, and maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft, Teams and office

JOB DESCRIPTION The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an integral role in the recruiting process by supporting recruiting partners in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle. We are looking for an exceptional teammate to support operational delivery initiatives for recruiting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner daily with recruiters to provide coordination support Deliver systems-based recruiting management for our recruiting team, including requisition management, scheduling, and offer creation. Responsible for scheduling candidate interviews. Build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise. Support system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel. Support ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Horizontal Operations team. Assist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting and data pulls. Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs.
