**About the Role**
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cengage Group, you will be an integral part of our collaborative and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. **What You'll Do Here**
+ Own and manage end-to-end recruiting processes-from job intake through offer-for a variety of roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
+ Act as a strategic talent partner to the business-sharing insights on market trends, candidate availability, pay benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver on staffing goals.
+ Meet regularly with business leaders to review progress, hiring challenges, candidate feedback, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ Champion a high-touch, personalized candidate journey, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring candidates feel valued and informed at every stage.

+ Utilize Workday Recruit to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain data accuracy.

+ Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the broader TA team and Communications, including promoting job opportunities via social media and professional networks.
+ Ensure recruitment practices align with employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
+ Work cross-functionally with other Talent Acquisition Partners, Coordinators, and HR stakeholders to continuously improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience.
**What You'll Bring**
+ 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a mid-to-large matrixed organization or high-growth environment.
+ Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders by offering data-driven insights, market knowledge, and strategic guidance.
+ Experience using WorkDay as an ATS to manage requisitions and candidate flow.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and guide stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
+ Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and leverage insights to improve hiring strategies.

The incumbent is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment by developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent. The candidate will also manage a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management and coaching/counseling with leadership. Selected candidate will be a member of the HR team and report directly to HR Director.
Responsibilities- Recruitment (70%): Establish and manage enterprise recruiting efforts using creative and innovative sourcing techniques for high-volume, high-turnover roles; conduct new hire orientation and lead the onboarding process for new hires including pre-start and post-start activities; build internal relationships with the broader HR team and leaders to understand succession and workforce plans; manage, source and recruit for a variety of positions (exempt and non-exempt) including developing and managing relationships with search firms as needed while ensuring slates of candidates; establish and cultivate external and internal networks, partnerships and individual relationships to source candidates for immediate and pipeline needs; ensure managers and supervisors are trained in consistent full-cycle recruiting/interviewing practices; develop new hire testing and evaluation procedures for CDL and non-CDL drivers; analyze the organizations competitive position and articulate a clear vision of future staffing needs.
- HR Generalist (30%): Support HR Director with employee/labor relations, grievances, and organizational changes; conduct exit interviews and provide general HR support to employees on policy/process clarification; gather and analyze data with HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover); maintain and update US HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Equivalent of (1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and minimum 7-10 years of directly applicable experience; OR (2) 10 years of directly applicable experience in talent acquisition/HR generalist role.
- Must maintain a valid Drivers License.
- Ability to travel 15-20% through the region and meet with employees.
- Experience with Dayforce or other HCM systems including applicant tracking systems
- Experience in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- PHR certification
This position requires you to be in the office and will require 10-15% travel.
Compensation and BenefitsBase pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $5,000.00/yr. This range is provided by The Honickman Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Canada Dry offers a competitive salary of 80K- 95K. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Five (5) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; seven (7) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
