**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Lead and develop a Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure all recruitment goals are met while maintaining a collaborative and engaging team environment.
+ Effectively participate in collaborative conversations with business leaders, hiring managers, and human resource leaders to attract the right talent to fill open roles.
+ Lead the TA Team to provide recruitment including, but not limited to, posting positions, sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy, interviewing and presenting candidates that are aligned to the position profile delivering exceptional candidate experience and extending job offers.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs
- Produce and deliver monthly weekly recruiting metrics and reports, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity
- Manage recruiting tools, platforms, and systems; experience with Paycom ATS is preferred
- Stay ahead of industry and labor market trends to inform and evolve talent acquisition strategy
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, managing recruiters or recruiting teams
- Demonstrated success developing strategies for high-volume recruiting and talent pipeline scalability
- Proven experience in recruiting for field services required
- Experience with creating and delivering presentations in career fair settings or campus events
- Experience promoting employer brand to build a strong, diverse talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Strong track record of hiring candidates who demonstrate long-term fit and retention
- Excellent sourcing abilities using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and present recruiting dashboards and performance reports
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly with hiring managers and senior leadership
