Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate complex compensation packages and extend offers to selected candidates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on agency/consultancy recruitment or in-house corporate recruitment for complex roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions across various industries (e.g., IT, Engineering, Finance, Marketing).
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, niche platforms).
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
