**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
+ Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 7 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition handling full-cycle recruiting operations.
+ 3 - 5 years of managing a large talent acquisition team with a proven track record in developing, mentoring, and driving the team's performance.
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR Software (SuccessFactors preferred).
+ Strong expertise in recruiting strategy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
+ Experience implementing creative sourcing strategies, analytics, and retention strategies to advance hiring goals.
+ Partnered with cross-functional leadership to build an iterative hiring process through feedback, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
+ Ability to navigate complex hiring challenges, collaborate with stakeholders, and align recruitment efforts with broader business goals.
+ Experience in utilities or other regulated industries.
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or related field.
+ Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
**Additional Information**
+ This position's work mode is **hybrid.** The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

This position requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description creation, candidate sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks), applicant screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a commitment to diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills are paramount, as you will be interacting with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds and locations. You will be expected to stay current with industry best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions.

Qualifications:
