**Your Responsibilities**
+ Carry out in-depth hiring strategy kick-off meetings with hiring managers and use job market knowledge to advise them on most effective recruiting strategy to find and hire suitable talent.
+ Post jobs on relevant internal and external channels (e.g. Job Boards, Linked-In, Database, CRM or via recruiting events, etc.).
+ Source and (pre)select suitable internal and external profiles.
+ Conduct competency-based interviews with short-listed candidates during to assess suitability and/or potential of the candidates.
+ Present hiring managers with a thorough candidate report and provide recruitment advice based on market expertise

+ Keep recruiting data in recruiting systems accurate and up to date at all times for KPI analysis, operational effectiveness, and creation of dashboards.

**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
+ 3-5 years of recruitment experience required, in the logistics industry or high-volume recruitment environment
+ Strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining composure
+ Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with strong customer-centric mindset
+ Proficiency in (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software (e.g., SAP, CRM, ChatGPT)
+ A proven track record as a recruiter, managing the end-to- end recruiting experience (in-house or agency) is essential
