We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an Property Management Maintenance & Plumbing Technician to our team.
Your main responsibility will be the conducting maintenance inspections and preforming regular work orders on our rented houses and apartments keeping them in good condition while our residents are living in them. We are looking for someone who has extensive experiance in Plumbing for this specific position.
This is a full time $23-25 an hour position.

The Lead Facility Maintenance Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a comprehensive site maintenance program to include direct management of the site's maintenance team. This key staff position will help drive KCR's preventive maintenance program, support the production team by responding to and limiting equipment downtime, and coordinating both equipment OEM and contractor maintenance visits.

+ Utilize sensor enabled machines to prevent failure, reduce downtime, and aid in machine troubleshooting.
+ Lead in hiring, training, supervising, and managing Maintenance Technician team.
+ Develop a team that is focused on working together to solve complex problems.
+ Facilitate budget and annual spend estimates.
+ Monitor the selection, contract placement, safety, and ongoing control of all contractors on site.
+ Maintain status of building equipment documentation to include failure statistics and analysis.

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment.
+ Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
+ Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
+ Initiate interventions to solve problems.
+ Oversee cleaning, repair and maintenance of contractor equipment.
+ Initiate an active campaign on safety measures.
+ Evaluate the work quality of staff and other subordinates.
+ Participate in preparing company facilities maintenance budgets.
+ Coordinate/communicate with the upper management on work issues
**Position Requirements:**
+ U.S. Citizen
+ Valid U.S, Driver's License
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ Minimum H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required ; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field considered a strengthPrior experience in a warehouse environment or in security, policy, military, facilities, or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
