+ Performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses and corrects problems involving various components. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, latches, keepers and hinges.
+ Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools, welding equipment, laptop computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.
+ Inspects and listens to equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Dismantles defective or malfunctioning machines and equipment, installs new or repaired parts, and tests operation following repair.
+ Prepares and maintains a variety of standard operating records and reports, as required. Process all work orders, reports, and other documents in a timely manner.
+ Completes assignments based on urgency and scheduled needs. Coordinates with facility Maintenance Supervisor in completing high priority repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and secure facility system operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.
+ Two years of experience with detention, commercial and industrial, mechanical and electronic locking systems hardware installation is required.
+ Locksmith certification and/or completion of Architectural Hardware Certification training preferred.
+ A valid driver's license is required.

**Job Description Summary**
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management for the facilities organization of regional portfolios of sites, campuses and/or offices. The Facilities Manager is charged with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. An emphasis of this role is placed on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives. This position coordinates the activities, financials, vendors and manpower required for current and future needs of the building and operations.
**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives
+ Supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties
+ Respond positively and promptly to requests from the client, building tenants and occupants.
+ Oversee the implementation of ongoing contract programs to assess client, tenant and occupant needs and to ensure problems are being solved promptly to the mutual benefit of the tenant, client. And the properties in accordance with contract scope and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
+ Prepare and review for all budgets, financial reports, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facilities
+ Collect, analyze and report statistical data as may be required to provide accurate and current assessment of facility management objectives, including annual site inspections.
+ Collaborate with Project Management team and other cross-functional stakeholders from a remote location to support planning, coordination, and execution of facility-related initiatives across multiple sites

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As a work from home Inpatient Coding Specialist, you will review and evaluate hospital inpatient medical record documentation to assign, sequence, edit, and/or validate the appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10- PCS codes. You will perform coding and/or code/DRG validation across multiple entities.
**What you will do in this role:**
+ Assigns, sequences, validates, and/or edits codes/DRGs and abstracted data (e.g., physician, discharge disposition, query tracking) for inpatient records for multiple facilities using ICD-10CM and ICD-10-PCS to include:
+ Diagnosis description with appropriate 3-7 digit code assignment with corresponding Present On Admission (POA)
+ Procedure description with appropriate 7 digit ICD-10-PCS code, date and surgeon
+ Admitting Diagnosis
+ Discharge disposition
+ Where applicable, completes the coding portion of the IRF-PAI
+ Maintains or exceeds established accuracy standards - Maintains or exceeds established productivity standards
+ Utilizes the complete patient medical record documentation in code/DRG assignment, validation, and/or editing of codes/DRGs
+ Initiates, reviews, and/or edits physician queries in compliance with Company and HSC policy where appropriate
+ As needed, may periodically be asked to perform Coding Account Resolution Specialist III (CARS III) duties
