BAE Systems is looking for a Factory Operations Supervisor for their Austin, Texas facility. The Operations Supervisor role is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, leading, and managing activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Major areas of responsibility include establishing and improving manufacturing capabilities for highly technical products and programs.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Motivating and managing direct labor workforce
+ Establishing and Monitoring performance to targets.
+ Interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
+ Experience in Electronic and Mechanical Assembly operations with consistent pattern of delivering superior performance.
+ Experience in high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics field.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Technical field and 6 years work experience.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964

As the regional Industrial Engineer and Operations Lead, you will engage directly and be co-located with our suppliers ensuring a high-quality operation. **Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study
+ 5+ years of Industrial Engineering and operations leadership experience in an external manufacturing environment.
+ Familiarity with various process improvement methodologies such as **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,** and **Kaizen.**
+ Ability to leverage statistical data analysis methods including analysis of experiments and statistical process control (SPC).
+ Familiarity with high tech system manufacturing processes.
+ End to End Supply Chain Operations experience through to installation at the customer site.
+ Attack problems analytically, outstanding business judgement, and an ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead complex and strategic initiatives.
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Reviews all equipment and systems to ensure that they are compatible with existing system. Develops project budgets.
- Correctly utilizes and insures staff under supervision correctly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment by using appropriate personal protective equipment in required situations, providing staff training to insure proper operational use of anticipated personal protective equipment and insuring integrity of hospital issued and staff provided personal protective equipment.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Facility Management Coordinator is responsible for the daily clerical operations of the Facility Management department. Under the supervision of the Director, the Facility Management Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties, including payroll functions, accounting reconciliation, organization of regulatory documents, and maintenance of policies/procedures.
