POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Training Specialist, you will design, develop, and facilitate training programs and routines. You will create, train, coach, and assess training systems to build capability, drive factory performance, and achieve business objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and manages Competency/Skill Matrices, Training Plans, and Training Documentation in support of site training requirements.

Incorporates digital solutions and leverages existing digital tools and systems to improve and streamline training processes across all shifts.

Provides expertise in training needs assessment, training design, adult learning strategies/delivery, and post-training evaluations.

Partners with all employee levels to assess and analyze learning needs based on performance, talent planning, and needs assessment data.

Executes site training strategy in alignment to overall strategic direction of the autonomous journey.

Oversees technical skills development programs for operators and skilled trades.

Assesses and monitors the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives against metrics.

Transfers knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development.

Designs, develops, and delivers training solutions to drive business results using the A.D.D.I.E. Model.

Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to help determine training priorities and best use of resources.

Manages external vendor relationships.

Assists with Training Budget as applicable.

Identifies and applies for Local, State, and Federal Training Grants and Funds to offset training costs.

Designs and delivers training classes and teaches how to design eLearning and classroom training modules.

Performs the steps of the instructional design process, research training topics, deliver webinar and classroom training.

Assists with training record management and documentation.

Helps to coordinate and execute training programs including leadership, onboarding and project management training programs.

Helps manage the in-house learning management system.
REQUIREMENTS, MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resource Management, or related field preferred or experience in lieu of a degree.
-
3+ years of experience in a professional level training related role required. Manufacturing or Distribution Center experience strongly preferred.
-
Experience in managing training and development initiatives across employee levels in a non-corporate setting preferred.
-
Experience with learning management solutions and/or the use of digital systems and tools to support training and skill progression preferred.
SKILLS:

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

**POSITION SUMMARY** :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Leader to take charge of the financial operations at our Schaumburg, IL manufacturing site. In this role, you will serve as the trusted custodian of stewardship and governance for the facility, working closely with the Factory Manager and Factory Leadership Teams, as well as the Operations Controller for NUSA.
As the accountable individual for all factory financial matters, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision, organization, practices, and initiatives/projects of the facility. Your fact-based decision-making skills will drive both short-term objectives and long-term strategic initiatives. By providing visibility and accurate forecasts of costs related to factory processes through comprehensive analysis and reporting, you will ensure effective budget monitoring and control of variances. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with financial legal requirements and Nestle Accounting Standards (NAS).
This role is instrumental in driving financial excellence and ensuring the overall success of our manufacturing operations. This is a fully onsite role at our supported factory locations.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBITLITES** :
- Cash Flow & Continuous Improvement - Identify, drive and deliver cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate, review and track proposed savings. Challenge assumptions for cost improvements in factory based on internal and external benchmark information on factory performance and costs. Actively drive improvement activities within the factory and ensure activities are in alignment with business Operational Master Plan
- Reporting and Analytics - Manage and interpret factory reporting of actuals and forecasts for the factory and key outside stakeholders; ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of this process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source
- Strategic Evaluations - Identify and lead strategic financial analysis relating to major or strategic decisions related to the factory to ensure full transparency of costs and non-financial implications
- Business Planning - Drive business planning; manage the overall factory budget with factory management team as well as being the critical liaison between factory and Corporate/Commercial Teams in the business planning process. Perform forecasts, revisions or simulations if needed
- Capital Investments - Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post CAPEX evaluations

**MINUMUM EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS** :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar degree
- 5+ yrs of finance leadership experience with 7+ years of experience in cost or general accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles in fixed assets, accounts payable, payroll, inventory control, financial reporting and general accounting

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Factory Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum equipment run time. Responsible for establishing and implementing Maintenance Foundations, TPM and the engineering related elements of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) for Nestlé. Role is a key Liaison between the Production and Engineering driving the maintenance team to deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Provides direction to maintenance staff while promoting compliance with Company objectives.
- Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, and PM compliance.

- Maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

- Ensures city, state and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met at all times.
- Participates in all internal and external audits.
- Manages the department function and processes.
- Manages department for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
- Oversees the work activities and professional training and development of 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports.
- Works with Management to attain goals, carry out strategies, plans, and policies to increase profitability and success of the Company.
- Enhances, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.

- Ensures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION:**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develops and manages Competency/Skill Matrices, Training Plans, and Training Documentation in support of site training requirements.
+ Incorporates digital solutions and leverages existing digital tools and systems to improve and streamline training processes across all shifts.
+ Provides expertise in training needs assessment, training design, adult learning strategies/delivery, and post-training evaluations.
+ Partners with all employee levels to assess and analyze learning needs based on performance, talent planning, and needs assessment data.
+ Executes site training strategy in alignment to overall strategic direction of the autonomous journey.
+ Oversees technical skills development programs for operators and skilled trades.
+ Assesses and monitors the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives against metrics.
+ Transfers knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development.
+ Designs, develops, and delivers training solutions to drive business results using the A.D.D.I.E. Model.
+ Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to help determine training priorities and best use of resources.
+ Manages external vendor relationships.
+ Assists with Training Budget as applicable.
+ Identifies and applies for Local, State, and Federal Training Grants and Funds to offset training costs.
+ Designs and delivers training classes and teaches how to design eLearning and classroom training modules.
+ Performs the steps of the instructional design process, research training topics, deliver webinar and classroom training.
+ Assists with training record management and documentation.
+ Helps to coordinate and execute training programs including leadership, onboarding and project management training programs.
+ Helps manage the in-house learning management system.
**REQUIREMENTS, MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resource Management, or related field preferred or experience in lieu of a degree.
+ 3+ years of experience in a professional level training related role required. Manufacturing or Distribution Center experience strongly preferred.
+ Experience in managing training and development initiatives across employee levels in a non-corporate setting preferred.
+ Experience with learning management solutions and/or the use of digital systems and tools to support training and skill progression preferred.
**SKILLS:**
+ Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
+ Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, proofreading, editing, and oral communication skills.
+ Able to prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
+ Self-motivated to take initiative to find solutions.

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $77,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities-
- Program and monitor furnace cycles via temperature controllers, adjustments and record readings.
- Properly calibrate all equipment.
- Prepare heat treat furnace, ensure orientation of load and remove shims.
- Load and unload material into quench tank according to both established and unestablished guidelines and practices.
- Load and unload materials into furnaces according to established load sheet instructions keeping in mind product support and furnace uniformity.
- Evaluate and straighten tempered parts as required in accordance with established practices.
- Perform Brinell testing operations and record results in accordance with established specifications.
- Read and understand shop order routing and be able to identify the next operation and prepare and move the forgings to the appropriate department location for the next operation.
- Read and understand basic blueprints (weights, product sizes locations, hardness, test location)
- Work in cooperation with all fellow employee owners to sustain a strong team atmosphere.
- Required to pass written and practical Heat Treat Examination within 12 months.
- Required to become a certified hardness tester (use, calibrate and test proper equipment).
