POSITION SUMMARY:
The Factory Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum equipment run time. Responsible for establishing and implementing Maintenance Foundations, TPM and the engineering related elements of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) for Nestlé. Role is a key Liaison between the Production and Engineering driving the maintenance team to deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides direction to maintenance staff while promoting compliance with Company objectives.
• Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, and PM compliance.
• Ensures that all mandatory maintenance programs are followed throughout the Company.
• Maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
• Constantly reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Performs upgrades and/or changes to equipment if necessary.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
• Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensures city, state and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met at all times.
• Participates in all internal and external audits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION:

Job summary:The position holder is responsible to lead, support, and develop the supply chain (i.e Suppliers, Purchasing, Demand fulfillment) for business specific suppliers and products located globally. This position reports to the Factory Manager and is part of the factory management team.
Key Responsibilities:- To establish excellent communication and relationship with the different working partners within and outside SKF.
- To be responsible for the inventories and service from the supplier to the customer.
- To be responsible for management of the supplier service, planning, forecasting, business planning, production scheduling, procurement of goods and materials required.
- To ensure all efforts to improve total cost from suppliers are maintained.
- To continuously contribute to improvement of existing and development of new processes within demand chain.
- To manage the supply chain planners, warehouse, and dispatch and to be responsible for staff hiring, training and development, including performance reviews and IDPs for all direct reports.
- To manage the supplier order handling process from forecast to delivery of the order.
- To handle quotations according to local delegation rules and proactive follow-up.
- To ensure all SKF/country standards of control, including financial, are adhered to.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or proven relevant work experience in supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong PC skills.
- Ability to learn and implement new methods and processes.
- Self-motivated to develop the supply chain, yourself, and your personnel.
- Ability to manage a high volume variable workload.
