Responsibilities
+ The Service Technician role is responsible for building high impact relationships with our customers, and ensuring our products, equipment, and services represent our brand each day.
+ Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs and lab sampling on Primo water vending machines while adhering to quality and safety standards.
+ Respond to service calls in a timely manner and close service requirements with accuracy and precision.
+ Responsible for loading equipment parts and managing inventory.
+ Daily pre-trip inspection and maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
+ Collects all cash/coins within designated retail markets and vending locations.
+ Serve as a Primo brand ambassador by nurturing quality relationships with existing and potential new customers, being knowledgeable about our products and services and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.
+ Ability to use application based handheld devices.

Position Summary
Under remote supervision, Advanced Sterilization Products’ Field Service Engineer I is responsible for
providing customer service solutions related to installation and validation of new ASP systems, planned
and corrective maintenance of installed ASP systems, improving system utilization of installed systems,
and supporting lifecycle management activities in assigned accounts for all products distributed or
supported by Advanced Sterilization Products.
Location
The candidate will work remotely. The candidate will need to reside in or around the Atlanta GA area. (Decatur, Norcross, Snellville, Lawrenceville, Duluth)
Duties and Responsibilities
Under remote supervision and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP
policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Partners with sales and clinical education field team to deliver customer-focused high value
business solutions that drive customer loyalty and sustain ASP’s install base. Able to work as a
part of a cross-functional work group.
• Manages all responsibilities of primary territory, including compliance and documentation requirements.
• Performs the installation, operation, planned maintenance, repair, and modification of ASP systems within
assigned territory.
• Performs preventive maintenance and documents performance and maintenance records on equipment.
• Work with leadership and customers and scheduling personnel to schedule all aspects of technical / service
work required to support all products supported and serviced by Advanced Sterilization Products technical
service division.
• Provides support and responds to customers related to critical service.
• Determines cause(s), troubleshoots, and performs corrective action as required.
• Completes all assigned training and documentation requirements within assigned due dates.
• May advise and assist in affecting design changes to improve equipment efficiency, quality and/or reduce
cost of operation.
• Devises project plans for the installation-planning phase of new equipment.
• Manages customer expectations on a regular basis before & after various interactions to ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Completes all activities within the Service System through daily updates and documentation.
• Completes all processing of RMA returns to support individual usage of supporting parts and equipment.
• Manage personal “trunk” inventory and complete required audits to support thereof.
• Provides guidance to Customers to include hospital Biomedical engineers along with Field Service
Technicians and/or Representatives and assists when customer issues arise.
• Provides feedback/suggestions for design improvement opportunity.
• Beta site support/installation. Performs other duties assigned as needed.
• This position requires on-call responsibilities, including weekend call coverage on a rotating basis.

This position is primarily responsible assisting in the maintenance and commissioning of equipment located at customer sites. Function in an On Call capacity for customers requesting support. Provide phone service reply to e-mail for service questions by performing the following duties.

Position Summary
The Field Service Engineer-United States will be primarily responsible for the on-site service and repair of complex electro-mechanical medical devices designed for organ preservation placed within United States region. Reporting to the Snr. Field Service Engineer, the postholder will be responsible for providing technical support for OrganOx metra retained units placed in United States to ensure that product reliability, quality and availability are maintained. The Field Service Engineer – United States will be responsible for completing all documentation relevant to installation, service, repair and rework in compliance with FDA “Good Documentation Practice” and “Good Manufacturing Practice”.
Listed below are the key responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed. This list is not totally inclusive, and the person will be expected to complete additional tasks reasonably requested by the Product Support Manager.
Major Responsibilities
Under direction from the Director of Field Service Engineering and Snr. Field Service Engineer, the Field Service Engineer – United States will be responsible for:
- Organizing and providing on-site service and repair of the OrganOx metra device:
- Travelling to hospitals and research facilities within United States.
- Carrying out on-site routine maintenance procedures and liaising directly with customers regarding organizing routine services and other maintenance needs of OrganOx devices.
- Carrying out on-site or back-to-base troubleshooting and re-work of OrganOx devices.
- Carrying out Installation Testing, Post-Rework Soak and Acceptance Testing and completing all documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practice and the OrganOx Quality Management System.
- Ensuring work orders and service visits are completed within set time frames.
- Assisting with major back-to-base repairs or device upgrades in OrganOx USA workshop, when necessary.
- Short-term covering for the urgent technical needs of devices placed outside United States when the engineer assigned for that region is not available.
- Working with the Snr. Field Service Engineer to maintain a stock of spare parts and consumables necessary for the technical support of the devices within United States.
- Managing a local spare part stock in a local facility and trunk stock within United States under the guidance of the Director of Field Service Engineering.
- Managing and maintenance, including recalibration, of various test equipment, battery calibrators, tools and accessories required during providing technical service within United States.
- Complete technical documentation as required under the regulatory frameworks and standards for medical devices
- Completing technical reports to a high standard.
- To assist the Product Support Manager in maintaining the technical documentation and device history records.
- Ensure that vendor credentialing requirements are current.
- Adhere to the letter & spirit of the OrganOx Code of Conduct and other company policies.
Requirements
The Field Service Engineer – United States will have:
- Three years or more industry experience servicing and repairing Medical Devices or other complex critical devices.
- A strong and broad working knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering systems.
- A good track record of demonstrating analytical problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to produce Technical Reports to a high standard both in terms of technical content, presentation and written English.
- Freedom to travel within United States to carry out servicing, repairs, trouble shooting, and other device maintenance activities as required.
- Commitment to travel with short notice and to stay away from home for several consecutive days at a time. Travel and onsite servicing will average 80% of working time; this could potentially increase to 90% of working time during specific peaks of activity (such as deployment of fleet-wide upgrades).
- A willingness to work unsocial hours, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary to support customer needs.
- Possession of a Driving License with ability of driving within the United States of America and ability to use company funded rental vehicles.

Salary: $35-45/hr (potential flexibility for top candidates, max $50/hr)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Travel Requirement: 80-90% (Domestic & International)
Overview:
Global leader in industrial equipment, is seeking experienced Field Service Engineers (FSEs) with expertise in electro-mechanical systems and automation . This role requires candidates who can program and modify Siemens PLCs (minimum requirement) and work on packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming & Troubleshooting: Modify and program Siemens PLCs (BNR experience is a plus, but not required).
- Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Work: Hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of packaging machinery (fillers, blowers, conveyors, labelers).
- Installation & Commissioning: Assist with new equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally when dealing with key customers.
- Travel: Be willing to travel 4/6-8 weeks at a time with 2-5 days at home in between (worst case scenario).
- Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical or Automation Experience (Minimum 2-3 years)
- PLC Programming & Modification (NOT just troubleshooting!) - Siemens S7/TIA Portal required
- Comfortable with Heavy Travel: 80-90% of the time, mostly domestic, but some international (valid passport required or willingness to obtain ASAP)
- Physically Demanding Role: Heavy lifting, hands-on mechanical work, and long hours
- Strong Soft Skills: Must be customer-facing and professional (candidates can be disqualified for poor communication or lack of interpersonal skills)
- Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Sunday is a rest day for safety)
- Work Hours: Expect 60-hour workweeks (Overtime at 1.5x for anything over 40 hours)
- Ability to Handle Travel Expenses on Personal Credit Card:
- Hotels and rental cars are paid upfront by the candidate, reimbursed weekly/biweekly/monthly (candidate's choice)
- Flights booked by the company
- Per Diem: Non-taxable, no food receipts needed. Based on US regulations anywhere between 68-92 per day for food.
- Location Flexibility: Can live anywhere in the U.S. but must be willing to relocate to Atlanta for growth opportunities (after 2-5 years)-no need to really mention this, if they ask about room for growth that is where it would be located.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Aseptic Packaging Machinery Experience (Highly preferred for more specialized equipment like fillers, labelers, and blow molders)
- Experience in Food & Beverage Industry
- Experience with Other PLCs (Allen Bradley, B&R, Elau)
- Competitor Experience (Candidates with knowledge of similar industry equipment are highly encouraged to apply)
Career Growth:
- The learning curve is long if they do not come from a packaging background.
- Typically 2-5 years in this role before moving up.
- Promotion paths include Install Site Manager, Project Manager, and higher roles (but relocation to Atlanta is required).
