About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Site Support Manager to join our Operations team. This role is based onsite in Atalanta, GA . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our drone delivery service, drive operational efficiency, and provide exceptional partner support in order to expand our service to millions of customers.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and have direct oversight across partner sites in Atlanta
- Work closely with vendors to support our day-to-day operations
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders in order to grow service delivery volumes and enhance Wing operations
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for each partner site
- Establish, track, and implement operations KPIs across partner sites in Atlanta
- Problem solve issues on the ground and share information from the field to help solve problems and improve Wing Products and Services. Be data driven and seek insights to drive operational efficiency through analysis in order to optimize operations
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of scaling customer facing operations for both medium and large size operations
- 2+ years of direct leadership experience managing direct employees and vendor services/contract labor. Demonstrated success leading large teams with execution and implementation
- Experience in data analysis and A/B testing
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to travel or commute to other regional sites as needed

+ Provide support for IT systems and End-Users in the facility, including, but not limited to: Shop Floor Systems (SFS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Virtual and Physical servers, LAN/WAN equipment, desktop computers and laptops, communication, and collaboration systems
+ Problem determination and resolution through existing procedures but also identifying new ways to resolve unexpected problems
+ Subject Matter Expert for local site support on all major and more complex Digital and Transformation technologies
+ Driving and coordinating IT security for local site with support from corporate Subject Matter Expert
+ Collaborate with the regional and global Digital and Transformation organization to maintain the service catalogue and Service level agreements in alignment with global / regional and site-specific IT services
+ Participate in local, regional, and global Digital and Transformation projects, coordinate roll-out of same on local site level and leading local Digital and Transformation projects
+ Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs/ Utilize and leverage Service Management tools for tracking of workloads

**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science required
**Work Experience**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience of IT support and / or IT operations, ideally in regulatory manufacturing environment required

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Site Support Technician to provide comprehensive on-site technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of production and office IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver on-site desktop support for all hardware across the manufacturing plant, including production lines and office areas.
+ Set up, configure, install, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and mobile RF devices.
+ Provide technical assistance for computers, phones, printers, and industrial printing equipment.
+ Perform break/fix support for network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices.
+ Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
+ Implement and manage network servers and Active Directory accounts.
+ Troubleshoot basic network issues, including routers and switches.
+ Re-image computers as needed to maintain system integrity and performance.
+ Track and manage hardware inventory and coordinate e-waste disposal.
+ Reset wireless access points, including climbing ladders and accessing elevated areas.
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support IT operations.

+ Ability to climb ladders (up to 25 feet) to access wireless access points and elevated workspaces.
+ Navigate catwalks and mezzanines while carrying equipment, including ducking under wires and HVAC systems.
Additional Requirements:
+ Must complete ladder safety training.
+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying physical demands.
+ Willingness to respond to urgent technical issues during production hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
