**YOUR IMPACT**

+ Serve as the primary finance representative for Engineering, providing financial guidance, insights, and partnership on projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
+ Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of property, plant, and equipment in compliance with corporate accounting policies.
+ Facilitate appropriation requests and capital project approvals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and supporting strategic investment decisions.
+ Prepare and review monthly financial results for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and providing clear insights for management.
+ Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate financial plans and variance analysis.
+ Support internal controls and compliance efforts, including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and documentation updates.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, using financial analysis and Oshkosh Continuous Improvement Management System (CIMS) tools.
+ Develop professional skills and broaden career exposure by working across functions and presenting financial metrics to leadership.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Two (2) or more years of relevant experience OR Finance/Accounting internship within Oshkosh Corporation
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate financial insights clearly

This role supports strategic decision making by providing relevant, reliable, timely, insightful, and accurate financial information and analysis. **JOB** **SUMMARY:**
The International Finance Manager will lead the international finance team supporting the Oshkosh Vocational Segment's global operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies. This role will oversee contract management, trade finance, global exports, credit and collections, and financial reporting for international activities. + Review and create export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, country of origin, etc.) in line with export compliance regulations and applicable country import requirements.
+ Ensure accurate and timely export filings are completed in the automated commercial environment (ACE) system in accordance with international trade regulations.
+ Collaborate with global sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proper contract review, accounting treatment, and timely revenue recognition for international projects.
+ Lead management of international trade receivables, including credit line establishment, collections, and administration of trade credit insurance policies in accordance with company standards.
+ Administer business systems and financial procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control standards.
+ Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Continuous Improvement Management Systems (CIMS) tools.
+ Coordinate finance-related efforts for enterprise-wide and global projects, ensuring alignment of objectives and adoption of best practices across the Vocational Segment.
+ Lead, develop, and retain top finance talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with Oshkosh People First competencies.
**MINIMUM** **QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
+ Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in finance or related field
+ One (1) or more years of managerial or supervisory experience.
