Amazon Business is hiring a Finance Manager to support the WW Small Business team. Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Small Business customer segment. Partner with key stakeholders across the US, EU and JP.
- Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
- Own the top-line forecast model and lead quarterly forecasting process across WW Small Business Finance
- Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives
- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc data analysis, and financial modeling using a broad range of tools including Excel, SQL, and Cognos
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the firm, including the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Investor Relations team. Youll gain valuable exposure to the financial and operational functions that drive our firm forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Calculate NAVs, waterfalls, and quarterly financials for various investment vehicles.
- Own daily fund accounting tasks: liaise with fund administrators on investment bookings, deal allocations, transactions, and expenses.
- Review and process capital call allocations, distribution notices, and investor communications.
- Perform weekly cash reconciliations across multiple funds and maintain investor templates.
- Support internal teams (compliance, legal, IR, investment) and external vendors as needed.
- Manage the accounts payable process for all funds, including invoice review, approval, and coordination with fund administrators for payments.
- Assist with year-end auditscoordinate confirmations, prepare financial statements, and respond to ad hoc requests.
Qualifications

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Director, you will assist with developing and managing of all departmental finance functions.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This position supports and can directly influence the launches of some of Amazon's newest global business initiatives in the consumer products, digital initiatives, merchant, operations, logistics, payments, and cloud computing lines of business. This leader will work closely with the global financial systems team, accounting operations teams, tax, treasury, and others and represent the accounting organization to various stakeholders. Key job responsibilities
