What You'll Do

• Build and maintain various financial models
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to build and maintain multi-year budget and forecast, and reporting of company KPIs
• Alongside the Head of Finance, develop, plan, and implement a financial strategy and overall long-range strategy for the company

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 4+ years of relevant work experience working in FP&A or Finance and a highly strategic role

• Experience with conducting analyses and distilling insights for varying audiences (engineering partners, executive leadership, operational stakeholders, etc.)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $06,200 - 143,750. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Follow up payment request rollover into AP Invoice workbench w/o aged Vendor invoice line items, and file payment request paperwork
• Maintain and Monitor Vendor AP weekly payment by type in OneDrive
• Monitor the USD daily cash report to detect fraudulent transactions
• Communicate with employees, vendors, dispute issues, and reconcile vendors' accounts to count spending periodically
• Multi-currency payment process to affiliates in USD & CAD
• GAIA application process for Latin America
• Backup AP month-end pre-close process

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Thorough understanding of debits and credits as they relate to A/P accounting
• Oracle experience is a plus
• Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite and Outlook)
• Effective oral and written communication
• Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems, flexible, and adaptable

Education:

Bachelors Degree or above in Accounting or Finance

• Sell all of the tangible/in-tangle back-end products using a menu (Service Contracts, GAP, Paint/Fabric Sealants)
• Manage Contracts in Transit on a daily basis
• Use your prior experience with credit challenged sub-prime auto loan lending and complete understanding of sub-prime automotive business
• Demonstrate resilience to work with lenders that specialize in poor credit profiles and sub-prime lending.
• Pay attention to detail and collect all stipulations that go with a subprime credit file
• Take a transaction from A-Z, from the inception of the initial lead inquiry to delivery of the vehicle and funding of the loan.
• Model patience and work with credit challenged clientele

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Salesperson License
• MINIMUM of 2 YEARS in a finance manager role
• Ability to effectively rehash deals with Prime/Mid-prime/Sub-prime lenders
• Ability to average OVER 1,800 PRU
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
