This individual will act as a strategic thought partner to the BU Vice President & General Manager and leadership team, providing financial insight, discipline, and leadership to support profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. As a member of both the Finance and Business Unit leadership teams, the Finance Director will own the full financial agenda—planning, forecasting, performance management, investment analysis, and strategic decision support. Drive P&L ownership, including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost control, and working capital optimization.
