**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.

**Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Proven track record (10+ years) and experience within Finance and Controlling area. Very good understanding of RB controlling processes (e.g. business planning, forecasting, reporting, .)
+ Experience with One Stream Financial, SAP
+ Experience with Acquisitions or Divestitures
+ Strong leadership skills in an intercultural setting. Able to work in a team, resilient with high level of perseverance
+ Able to present complex problems in easily understandable ways.
+ Personal skill set includes excellent analytic competencies, strong communication, presentation, international networking and intercultural abilities
+ Growth minded personality, challenging the status quo and setting new benchmarks
+ Additional language fluency is a plus

**What You'll Do:**
**Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis**
+ Lead the development and review of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end close processes for US and Global VAS.
+ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning cycles and financial deliverables to drive insight into business performance and resource planning decisions.
+ Collaborate closely with business, accounting, and Advisory finance teams to understand variances and provide planning and forecasting support.
+ Consolidate Global Advisory monthly financials while understanding and articulating the key drivers of performance and identifying areas of risk or opportunities.
**Advanced Analytics & Reporting**
+ Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, forecast outcomes, and support strategic planning.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP platforms (Hyperion, Anaplan) preferred.
+ Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in straightforward terms.
+ Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and executive-level reporting.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
