**JOB SUMMARY**
Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduce costs and overall business improvement. Partner with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through the utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis of best practices. Support corporate FP&A (financial planning & analysis) processes, initiatives and reporting within Operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Facilitate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools within the Region
+ Support Region management in preparation of the monthly business review for corporate
+ Support Region management in the preparation of the quarterly Business Review
+ Support the Region finance team is the monthly close process
+ Collaborate with Sysco Business Services in the monthly process to ensure a timely accurate close
+ Develop, and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business defines
+ Perform customer incentive analysis and propose recommendations
+ Provide support cross-functionally with all departments on both local and corporate initiatives
+ Financial modeling and ad hoc analytics

**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
+ MBA Degree
**Experience**
+ 1+ years of Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Senior Financial Reporting Analyst - Cash Forecasting for our Bridgeton, MO facility. The Analyst will be responsible for managing and consolidating the business unit's cash forecast. They will review program cash forecast inputs, track deliveries, invoices, actual receipts, and disbursements. The role will communicate with the program teams about forecast variances and current month activity changes, as well as monitoring and addressing aged accounts receivables. They will prepare and submit cash forecast summaries and templates for corporate reporting as required.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Review monthly program cash forecast inputs (invoicing and receipts) with program teams and consolidate into business level cash forecast
+ Monitor and update current month forecast weekly as actuals are incurred (monitor/track/update file for deliveries, invoices, actual receipts, actual disbursements, etc.)
+ Communicate with program teams regarding variances from prior forecast, delays/accelerations in current month activity, etc.
+ Monitor and communicate with program teams and accounting on aged AR

- Drive the innovation and transformation of the finance technology portfolio, leveraging cloud, data, and automation technologies to enhance the customer experience, operational efficiency, and business agility. - Experience in leading the initiation and formation of large global projects including architecting, estimating, planning, implementing and operating as well as selecting talent resources across multiple geographies and functions.
- Extensive experience with data lifecycle management, including ingestion, ETL, modeling, and governance, within highly regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures, tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and cross-functional influence and partnership demonstrated by a successful track record of enabling business through these technical decisions.
- Skills to succinctly articulate architecture patterns of complex systems, with business and technical implications, to executive and customer stakeholders.
- Design and build for resilience, including observability, throttling, toggling, single points of failure, redundancy, replication, routing, micro services, and event driven processing.
- Has skills to develop and evangelize on reference architecture and run principles to help teams adopt Mastercard's Engineering Principles from the start (poison pill, active/active/active, auto-scaling, self-healing, others).
- Has skills to drive trade-off discussions to set right development capacity based on value drivers (e.g., regulatory, security, new business, market parity, technical debt).
- Has experience in design and execution of automation across multiple business areas and provides guidance on best methods and tools.
- Performance engineering experience to ensure applications are built to scale, run, and perform for varying traffic patterns.

Qualifications 
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
- 15+ years of engineering experience in software, data, or related field.

This individual will support the GBSC and individual business teams by delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and planning support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Role
- Lead key components of the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with GBSC leadership and functional teams
- Collect data and analyze trends to support financial model operation and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and provide decision support
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, monitor spending, and track progress against financial goals
- Maintain financial oversight and reporting standards, enforce financial discipline, and support internal financial control activities across the GBSC
- Support the preparation of executive-level financial packages, variance analyses, and risk/opportunity assessments
- Help track third-party vendor spending and align costs to appropriate budgets and contracts
- Identify process gaps and support efforts to enhance reporting, planning tools, and automation within the FP&A function
All About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Microsoft Power Suite
- Experience in financial systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and experience supporting business process improvements
