**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Director, you will assist with developing and managing of all departmental finance functions.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

In this role, you will impact the financial operations of our aerospace projects by ensuring accurate and timely customer reports and invoices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data, analyze financial information, and prepare reports for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling and sending invoices to customers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather data and analyze financial information to prepare accurate customer reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Uphold compliance with contractual terms and conditions for invoicing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer invoices and payments
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes

We are offering a hybrid schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,200.00 - $109,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
