This person will be responsible for Collaborating with department leads, transform data, organize information, update monthly forecasts, and assists in expense requests. They will also review general ledger, develop annual budgets, provide ad hoc analysis and prepare financial presentations. This position will pay $29-$31 an hour based on experience.

About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with the reporting process for regional in-process developments and the underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence functions associated with the acquisition, development, and/or re-development of shopping centers. These responsibilities ensure that Regency is making well-informed investment decisions based on all relevant facts and circumstances.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Maintaining financial models for in-process developments and redevelopments, which aid in forecasting, project management and corporate reporting.
• Underwriting prospective developments, acquisitions, and redevelopments.
• Preparation of memoranda on projects to be submitted for approval to Real Estate Committee, Investment Committee, or the Board of Directors.
• Assisting with due diligence functions related to new investments (including developments, redevelopments, acquisitions, buyout of co-investment partnerships, et al) and dispositions.
• Preparation of quarterly asset review books for in-process developments and redevelopments.
• Performing financial and credit analysis on potential tenants and vendors.
• Preparing abstracts for anchor tenant leases, PSAs, and Joint Venture Agreements.
• Tracking significant contract dates and posts/tracks escrow deposits.
• Assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Are You Qualified?

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant professional experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Solid foundation in retail real estate fundamentals, including (but not limited to):
  • Ability to understand and calculate standard return metrics such as yield, profit margin, IRR, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand a lease
  • Ability to understand shopping center operational metrics and how to calculate - such as percentage rent, additional rent, management fees, etc.
• Advanced level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Beginner level proficiency with PowerBI (or similar software)

Preferred:

• Argus Enterprise experience and/or certification
• Appreciation of Regency Centers business, goals, strategies, and needs
• Priority setting, organization, time-management skills

Job Purpose

Intercontinental Exchange is looking for a Financial Analyst. This position is based in Jacksonville Florida and reports to the Manager of Finance as part of our corporate finance team, and works closely with senior management, including the companys Vice President of Finance, CFO and President. Required Skills & Experience

SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst will assist with the preparation of consolidated annual budget and associated analysis, which includes preparation of rolling quarterly forecasts and associated analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assisting with the development and maintenance of productivity metrics and quarterly regional review reporting
•Assisting with the on-going design and maintenance of a new budget/forecast and analysis tools
•Continually assess effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
•Analyzing the impact on the Company's budget and forecasts of non-routine events and transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, customer contracts and changes in benefit plans, as directed
•Assisting with the preparation of financial presentations to be used by the CFO/CAO at Senior Management, Audit Committee and Board of Director meetings, as directed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Position requires good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels
•Excellent Excel skills, ability to quickly learn new computer programs and experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics and Microsoft Analysis Services cubes
•Planning software and business intelligence tools a plus

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:
•BS Accounting or Business Administration, CPA preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years related experience, MBA preferred
