As a Financial Data Analyst with TQL, you will be a key member of the Finance department. About the Role:

• Prepares the elements for the reporting, the budget, the business plan and the forecasts.
• Follows and analyses the actual situation vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
• Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process
• Manages the activity of the controlling department so that it can control if the companys activity is performed by the most efficient and most profitable way and suits the local laws and Group Valeo standards (especially MAF and LSF)
• Must alert immediately the Financial Controller in case of any important risk for the company and / or for its employees
• Contact with Product Lines or Regional Operations, completing the tasks in order to manage correct operation of GPS module.
• Constant improvements of her/his knowledge of the IS module - day, Academy
• E-proc requests approving

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor Degree in Control Management, Finance, or Audit from a Top Business School or MBA
• 3+ years automotive work experience or related field
• Experience in audit practice
• 3+ years experience in automotive industrial financial control
• SAP experience is required.
• Material consumption controlling experience is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated HQ FP&A Analyst to join our corporate finance team, reporting directly to the Director of FP&A. This individual will have significant exposure to the CEO & CFO on various ad-hoc requests. This role is critical in driving the enterprise forecasting process, delivering the monthly financial reporting package, and supporting strategic decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forecasting & Planning:

• Own the enterprise-wide forecasting process, collaborating closely with Functional & Business Unit leaders to build accurate and actionable forecasts.

• Continuously refine and improve forecasting models, to help drive improvement in operational performance.

Performance Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare the monthly financial closing package, providing detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary to leadership and the Board.
• Monitor and track key financial and operational KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of all financial reports.

Strategic Support & Ad-hoc Analysis:

Job Summary:

The Sr. Financial Analyst reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial, operational and analytical support to key clients, both externally and internally throughout the organization. • Drive operational performance by developing, maintaining and presenting key operational reporting tools to insure key account KPI compliance. (Excel, Power BI and Tableau)
• Partner with account leadership and operational team to drive strategic planning, customer experience and program outcomes
• Track and monitor project financials, particularly as it relates to asset replacement activities
• Ad-hoc project, requests, and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 Years of Related FP&A Experience
• Expert Level Excel and Power Point Skills. Tableau / Power BI Experience Preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in matrix-organization
• Focuses on the achievement of objectives and standards. Experience in process improvement and maximizing profitability
• Builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers and works with them to meet or exceed their expectations
• Ability to travel for client meetings and business reviews. Estimated travel of 20%
• Strong public speaking skills
• Attention to detail and time management, as well as effective meeting management
