+ Provides key support and insight to the finance team for financial analysis and monthly reporting.
+ Maintain a dynamic property directory as the client's portfolio changes; update statuses, attributes, and facility contact workflows.
+ Interacts closely with various other functions i.e. facilities, leasing, procurement, and external vendors to enable process improvements and accurate reporting.
+ Reviews and actively monitors vendor statements to develop systems to ensure invoices are valid, paid, and processed on time.
+ Review and allocate comprehensive invoices for various properties across the portfolio; liaise with vendors and procurement to ensure accuracy.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

The **Financial Analyst** will provide essential financial support to the site finance team and cross-functional operational leaders.
