This highly visible role leads the Electrical Sector Americas (ES-A) FP&A team, reporting directly to the VP Finance, ES-A. The Electrical Sector America's group is a $13B revenue business with over 34,000 employees across 15+ countries. It's divided into 3 Groups: Protection, Control and Solutions, Energy Solutions & Services, and Assemblies and Residential Solutions
Partnering closely with VP Finance, ES-A and ES-A President, this role will provide strategic financial leadership, drive insights/actions from data and analytics, and tell compelling stories that influence decision-making and drive performance.
**Essential functions:**
- Responsible for segment-level financial reporting and analytics, providing financial support for key projects, and overseeing quarterly and annual planning and forecasting.
- Provide strategic and financial guidance across the organization, collaborating with functional leaders to achieve performance objectives.
- Manage monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead monthly forecast processes and annual profit planning for ES-A, supporting the annual strategic planning process.
- Coordinate budgets and forecasts across departments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee FP&A activities for multi-year restructuring programs, supporting business-specific projects.
- Champion process improvements and leverage new planning tools.
- Establish the ES-A FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE), driving best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations to senior leaders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a strategic vision.
**Qualifications:**
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting, business, data analytic or economics from an accredited institution required - MBA/advanced degree preferred
- Minimum twelve (12) years professional finance/accounting experience
- Minimum five (5) years people management experience
- Minimum five (5) years FP&A focused experience partnering with senior leaders to drive successful outcomes with a focus on strategic planning and business partnering at the senior leadership level
- Experience working in finance leadership roles in a global environment
Position Success Criteria:
- Deep finance and accounting knowledge, knowledge of reporting and analysis, experience with financial systems
- Experience creating financial models to identify opportunities and risks, and leading and driving budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis processes and how technology enables these functions.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $76249.97 - 258499.96 a year. OVERVIEW:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for developing capital plans, analyzing financial results, and developing financial models. As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Financial Analyst will be a key role in developing the companys capital plan and forecast. The position works across the Finance team, as well as with various business partners so the ability to collaborate effectively is essential. The analyst will also be involved in various ad hoc projects. The position requires strong research, problem solving and conceptual thinking, and oral and written communication skills. The workload shifts frequently across job duties. Therefore, flexibility, perseverance, and comfort with ambiguity are requirements for success in this role. Capital Portfolio Budget, Forecast and Reporting- Create the capital portfolio budget based on project-level spend estimates provided by business partners
- Partner with Construction and Real Estate teams to develop capital plans for new, relocation and remodel stores
- Partner with Construction to develop weekly reporting of project-level capital spend vs. budget and forecast
- Proactively manage capital risks and opportunities via the forecast process
- Develop quarterly capital forecast based on inputs from all business partners
- Partner with the Construction and Real Estate teams to develop annual operating expense budgets
- Generate and present monthly overviews of operating expense results to the Construction leadership team
- Assist in developing ad hoc analysis for capital investments and operating expenses
- Assist with management reporting in support of our quarterly financial close earnings release
- Effectively message via PowerPoint and graphical scorecards/dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field with 1 3 years of specific experience supporting: expense planning, capital planning, forecasting, or investment analysis.

OVERVIEW:
The Senior Financial Analyst - Field Support is responsible for providing financial analysis and decision support in the areas of quarterly sales planning, store bonus and support for the Profit Protection team as they identify and address various opportunities to help prevent profit erosion.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the store bonus process, which includes forecasting, accruing, budgeting and managing the exception process. This role will also be heavily involved in the rollout and ongoing administration of the quarterly sales planning effort.
Additionally, this role will provide project analytic support, monthly and ad hoc reporting and be one of the primary liaisons with the Profit Protection Group. The position works across the Finance team, as well as various business partners so the ability to collaborate effectively is essential.

Profit Protection Team Support and Analysis
- Partner with the Profit Protection team as one of the primary finance liaisons to identify and address areas of opportunities/risks to individual and collective store profit
- Provide various reporting and analytics based on opportunities identified
- Partner with outside teams such as Supply Chain, Accounting, etc to implement necessary changes
- Work with Loss Prevention to provide monthly updates and progress on initiatives
- Assist in proactively identifying and forecasting risks to the P&L
- Participate in test and learn opportunities for identified solutions; provide assistance with ROI and other investment impact calculations
- Responsible for forecasting both quarterly sales, annual contribution, and other store bonus programs based on sales and contribution trending
- Maintain store bonus model and provide bonus accruals at quarter/year end, including partnering with accounting
- Manage, calculate, and communicate results related to the quarterly and annual store bonus exception process
- Create the annual store bonus budget based on bonus changes and store counts
- Assist manager and RFMs in developing annual and quarterly sales budgets, including impacts and drivers
- Administer and help manage changes to store sales and contribution as we evolve new ways of working, particularly through the developing quarterly sales budgeting process
- Other Ad Hoc analysis and reporting as needed

- 3-5 years of experience
- 1- 3 years of specific experience supporting: expense planning, capital planning, forecasting, investment analysis
