The Opportunity:

Thats why we need you, a financial analyst who can learn to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure our Navy's resources can make the most impact.

As a financial analyst on our team, youll study the creation of a financial management strategy to help the US Navy succeed. Youll help in various departments to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

Youll assist a team using laws, regulations, and policies to help the client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, youll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication within various weapons programs. This is your chance to establish skills and experience with a Department of Defense customer while taking the opportunity to gain financial analysis experience.

You Have:

  • Experience with all tools in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of US Navy processes

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Department of Defense financial processes

  • Knowledge of NAVSEA organization

  • Ability to conduct data analysis and utilize Navy ERP and Power BI to collect and visualize data to inform leadership for decision making

  • Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. Required Qualifications:

+ Close client experience supporting customer needs
+ Experience supporting new and baseline programs supporting the end-to-end program management
+ Familiarity and experience with budget planning and acquisition process
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, quick reaction work environment at the customer location
+ Ability to efficiently multi-task to ensure continuous health of program funding profiles
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Desired Qualifications:

Our 1-year program, which will commence in July 2025, is designed to provide individuals who have a two-year associate degree (or will receive an associate degree by June 2025) with alternative pathways to a rewarding career.

Apprentices are assigned to a team and manager for the duration of the apprenticeship and participate in project-based work while receiving on-the-job training that supports professional growth and development. + **Con** **trollership** - Ensure financial integrity through compliance, reporting, and controls
+ **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** - Deliver insights that guide strategic decision-making
+ Additional opportunities may include **Investor Relations** , **Treasury** , and **Business Development**
FMPs also benefit from structured coursework through our university partner, CFI, and may have the opportunity to complete an international rotation in locations such as England or Brazil.
