Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment 
  • A deep understanding of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and hospitality best practices
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage the flow of guests with poise and professionalism 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to guests and team members. Ability to speak confidently and professionally in person and on the phone
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Strong attention to detail in managing reservations, guest preferences, and seating arrangements
