Principal Responsibilities: Collaborates with brand and channel teams to develop and implement the A&D marketing strategy for Luxury and Upper Premium brands that drive sales and profitable growth across multiple channels. Owns and leads A&D strategy and management of design studios Closely collaborates with key internal stakeholders – including Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Channel, Finance – to ideate programs that achieve goals. Contributes to the creation of KPI’s. Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets. Provides solutions based on results. Education & Experience: B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent years of work experience. 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within channel/customer marketing, brand management, or a luxury industry. Prior experience working with architectural or design firms preferred. Experience in luxury brands, fashion, or high-end design is a strong plus. Skillful and impactful communicator with the ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence, and authentic style. **Location**
These positions would be located in our Woodcliff Lake NJ office or New York City office on Broadway, on a hybrid basis. We are looking for local candidates in this region and would not be relocating to NJ/NY.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead projects and and teams, delivering Electrical designs and 3D models for Power generation projects, using SmartPlant3d and Naviswork, using applicable engineering national and local codes
+ Electrical design experience includes component and complete system layouts including duct bank, embedded conduit, cable tray, grounding and lighting systems from concept to completion utilizing engineering documents, sketches or vendor data.
+ Generate raceway, lighting and power plan, section, P&ID's, and perspective drawings from the 3D model.
+ Depending on experience level, will manage schedule, scope, budgets and forecasts for assigned project, lead team meetings and report on project progression updates and/or issues to project lead team.
+ Coordinates with project team by utilizing the Project Database: Request for Review Process, Holds List, ECN, Request for information from other disciplines, and all other applicable functions.
+ Develops 3D models utilizing drawings, sketches, and design skills. Checks and navigates in the 3D models for interferences and constructability as well as guides, reviews and mentors more junior staff on the project.
+ Routes electrical cables in a 3D environment to generate a cable schedule.
+ Model electrical components using vendor submittals and electrical designs
+ Perform calculations to check allowable fill in conduits and cable tray systems according to NEC requirements and size pull boxes.

+ Gathers information needed to develop design and verify voltage separation requirements are met.
+ Creates plan drawings and details for electrical deliverables.
+ Analyze, inspect, and construct designs while adhering to electrical quality standards and department procedures

+ Resolves checked drawings; prove and understand comments made.
+ Completes miscellaneous tasks to support project development.
+ Acts as a field resource to assist construction in field resolution on issues.
**Qualifications**
+ At least 10+ years' experience in electrical component and systems design with recent experience with Electrical Physical Design (and circuit and raceway), in Power, (or heavy industry where you are doing above and below ground electrical systems that deliver and connect power) is required.
+ Highly proficient with 3D modeling , preferably using Smartplant3D, but will consider proficiency in other 3D modeling/cad tools with experience in Power or Oil and gas electrical systems.
+ Experience in Power generation electrical design is preferred.
+ Electrical design 3D modeling experience includes all of the following: component and complete system layouts including duct bank, embedded conduit, cable tray, grounding and lighting systems from concept to completion utilizing engineering documents, sketches or vendor data, as well as performing relevant calculations.
+ Experience generating raceway, lighting and power plan, section, P&ID's, and perspective drawings from the 3D model
+ Depending on experience level, will manage schedule, scope, budgets and forecasts for assigned project, lead team meetings and report on project progression updates and/or issues to project lead team.
+ Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-discipline team environment with the proven ability to lead others on a project. Experience working with budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting on a project will be required for Lead Electrical Designers.
