We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Snowflake Data Engineer with at least 6 years of experience in database design, development, and data pipeline implementation. The Job

Our client is seeking a Lead PCB Designer. Functions
  • Utilize Mentor PADS layout software to incorporate schematic, mechanical, and manufacturing inputs into new and revised HDI PCB designs.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional design team to resolve fabrication, assembly, and test issues identified through Valor NPI fabrication and manufacturing checks
  • Create PCB stackups and model-controlled impedance.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead projects and and teams, delivering Electrical designs and 3D models for Power generation projects, using SmartPlant3d and Naviswork, using applicable engineering national and local codes
+ Electrical design experience includes component and complete system layouts including duct bank, embedded conduit, cable tray, grounding and lighting systems from concept to completion utilizing engineering documents, sketches or vendor data.
+ Generate raceway, lighting and power plan, section, P&ID's, and perspective drawings from the 3D model.

**Qualifications**
+ At least 10+ years' experience in electrical component and systems design with recent experience with Electrical Physical Design (and circuit and raceway), in Power, (or heavy industry where you are doing above and below ground electrical systems that deliver and connect power) is required.
+ Highly proficient with 3D modeling , preferably using Smartplant3D, but will consider proficiency in other 3D modeling/cad tools with experience in Power or Oil and gas electrical systems.
+ Experience in Power generation electrical design is preferred.
+ Electrical design 3D modeling experience includes all of the following: component and complete system layouts including duct bank, embedded conduit, cable tray, grounding and lighting systems from concept to completion utilizing engineering documents, sketches or vendor data, as well as performing relevant calculations.

Join Moody’s Ratings as a Senior Experience Designer, where you’ll have a meaningful impact on the way our customers interact with our products. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process—from ideation through implementation—creating user-centered experiences that help our customers navigate complex financial data with ease. You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UX design.

• Shape the Future of UX: Lead the design vision and execution across products, making complex financial data intuitive and visually engaging.

• Craft User-Centered Solutions: Develop interactive experiences, data visualizations, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows and drive user satisfaction.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and researchers to bring your designs to life, fostering a cohesive vision across teams.

• Bring Ideas to Life: Use prototyping, wireframes, and testing to validate your ideas and ensure designs meet user needs at every stage.

• Inspire Through Workshops: Occasionally facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and build alignment across stakeholders and end-users.

• Lead the research strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive research plans to inform product strategy, identify new opportunities, and understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

• Conduct and analyze user research: Perform a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and contextual inquiry. Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Design Mastery: 5+ years of UX design experience, with strong skills in prototyping, visual design, and data visualization.

• Customer-Centric: Passion for putting the user first, with a knack for translating complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs.

• Systems Thinker: Able to connect the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals and driving impactful results.

• Tools & Expertise: Proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe CS; familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.

• Portfolio Required: Show us your best work showcasing end-to-end UX projects. null

Magnet is seeking a Website UX Designer with an expertise in WebFlow or possibly Sitecore. This person will lead the building out of a multi-page education experience in WebFlow to support all media. Site will adhere to a regulatory requirements in Financial Services.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
